Spyglass Scanner?

Yeah, so i found a pirate in a fighter using a spyglass scanner.
Is that bad?

No it isn't restricted but it is funny actually...why in god's name would someone buy a Spyglass and then just give away the scanner? 400mil credit scanner...

It's actually not that much better then the Disco scanner. It's probably not worth the effort to buy a Spyglass just to scrap the scanner.

So, in essence, it's not illegal... It's just a horrible, horrible waste and the person doing it probably has more money then sense.

Why woould you take the scanner of the spyglass and put it on a fighter? The purpose of the syglass is to have the scanner.....
