Commander Falthion. A limited version of your suggestion is already underway with
the Secondary fleet warships using the OCV- Designation. The Idea shall be discussed
with High Command, your suggestion is noted.
As for your dropping off of nomad samples on Cambridge, while it's not exactly against our
protocols to do so, It'd be appreciated if you try out our research facilities, particularly
the Order Science Division, they'd be interested in those specimens, although the clean
reputation of the Cambridge Institute for pure research cannot be doubted. Just
a note for you in the future.
Signed
Robert D'Souza
Admiral D'Souza sir, I've duly noted it, and will continue to provide our Science Division with specimens. I merely figured that they were overstressed with the duties of obtaining and studying the sample specimens, while at the same time assisting in the defense of our home, that I would put a small amount of the burden on another group. I figured the old adage of 'two heads are better than one' applies here, and with multiple teams (our science division, the Zoner research divisions, Atka Research Station, and now Cambridge) working on the questions surrounding the Nomads, infection, and any possible cures, we've got to get closer to finding answers! Thank you again sir for forwarding the suggestion - I was merely concerned with the security of our sectors.
Good flying and cheers!

Just a quick update on the situation where our Blood Dragon allies are located. I proceeded to perform another patrol through Omicron 92, Tohoku, Chugoku, Hokkaido and back, and encountered a disturbing number of Kusari-infested Wild pilots. Beware when flying through the sector, they're armed to the teeth and out to kill. Also, the BHG seems to be sending scout patrols into Tohoku, so be on the lookout for Hammerheads in the area. I've got an image of the end of my recon below, as well as one of the inactive Nomad Lair in 92 that I chanced by on my way back to Omicron-100. Its laser fixtures are active, but are not registering significant damage.
Additionally, the Wild pilots have been detained and locked in contamination cells aboard Lisbon temporarily. They are ready to be moved by our Science and Research Division at its earliest convenience.
I wanted to Update HighCom on Hunter really quickly.
Medical Report:
Jeremy has improved Drastically since Eriksson's visit and Admiral Brandon's permission for him to board the Ghost Eye and see the Pyramid up close. Im running test to see that his shattered mind is on its way to being repaired. If this keeps up, then Jeremy will be ready for active duty with his Major's bars back well within the time frame Admiral D'Souza gave me.
Since i was appointed to the wing that operate in Kusari space, many things around have changed.
So i will divide my report into several parts to make a complete image of every issue.
1. My work in Kusari isn't closely connected with battle operations. Since Kusarian naval forces
are more concerned about the conflict with Bretonia, flying in this part of Sirius is easy and
comfortable and not connected to the risk of being detected. In fact, i have completed my
navigation map of Kusari without being detected by anyone.
I also spend some time training with the Blood Dragons pilots. I have to say, that they are
great masters, talanted pilots and most of the younger Dragons are not interested in
diplomacy issues with Order or the last years we spent without proper cooperation.
They are happy to work with us, they think that we are nearly the best allies now,
as we in the same place after the Nomad war, treatened as terrorists.
2. Since we got a new serious problem with artifacts on the black market, i was making contacts
among Zoners and Junkers, that work all around the Sirius. Even in spite of no significant results
yet, i'm sure it may help.
3. Since i operate both in Kusari and Omicrons i often use a Yaren base at Sigma-13
as a nice reloading base and a place to stop. It allows me to move to nearly any Sigma
or several Kusari system in few minutes. Anyway, i was recently bearing a transmission,
that i find closely connected to the things we work with. Adding the log here.
[16.06.2010 11:50:29] Alsatia: Hmm.
[16.06.2010 11:50:42] Alsatia: Your name?
[16.06.2010 11:52:47] Henrik.Drum: Names do not concern you.
[16.06.2010 11:53:09] Alsatia: Right.
[16.06.2010 11:54:22] Henrik.Drum: Would that be all?
[16.06.2010 11:54:40] Alsatia: From what I can gather at this moment in time, yes.
[16.06.2010 11:55:04] Henrik.Drum: Very well... now tell where did you experience that blackout?
[16.06.2010 11:55:17] Alsatia: From what I've been told.... Omega 7.
[16.06.2010 11:55:25] Alsatia: I have no memory at all.
[16.06.2010 11:55:53] Alsatia: How am I supposed to know exact coordinates? I don't even remember being there.
[16.06.2010 11:56:41] Henrik.Drum: Still a good start.....
[16.06.2010 11:57:13] Henrik.Drum: Do you remember anything else after that?
[16.06.2010 11:57:41] Henrik.Drum: or have you been experiencing.... any dellusions?
[16.06.2010 11:57:54] Alsatia: The last thing I remember before the black out is flying into the stuttgart system behind the Vizeadmiral.
[16.06.2010 11:58:24] Alsatia: Then the next thing after that is waking up next to Eve here, still in Stuttgart.
[16.06.2010 11:59:12] Henrik.Drum: Wonder why he left you alive.... strange.
[16.06.2010 11:59:37] Alsatia: You're not getting mine until I get yours, asshat.
[16.06.2010 12:00:05] Henrik.Drum: Or maybe you'll give it to me before I scrap you little girlfriend here.
[16.06.2010 12:00:32] Alsatia: I don't consider that much of a threat.
[16.06.2010 12:00:37] Alsatia: Remember where you are,
[16.06.2010 12:01:40] Evelyn.DeRosa: Your "threats" will be ignored in order they were received.
[16.06.2010 12:01:52] Henrik.Drum: Really?
[16.06.2010 12:01:59] Henrik.Drum: hows that?
[16.06.2010 12:02:01] Alsatia: Let's just play nice. You tell me your name and I'll tell you mind.
[16.06.2010 12:02:03] Alsatia: mine.
[16.06.2010 12:02:31] Henrik.Drum: There is no room for soft and nice in this crazy univerese.
[16.06.2010 12:02:40] Alsatia: I beg to differ.
[16.06.2010 12:02:44] Henrik.Drum: Either you're strong and survive
[16.06.2010 12:02:53] Henrik.Drum: or weak and suffer.
[16.06.2010 12:03:16] Alsatia: My girlfreind is soft and nice and I'm damn sure she's a place here.
[16.06.2010 12:03:32] Death: Humma.Kavula. was put out of action by Normann.O'Connor (Gun).
[16.06.2010 12:03:55] Henrik.Drum: No wonder he cracked you so easily. You're mind is pampered.
[16.06.2010 12:04:11] Alsatia: Yeah righto.
[16.06.2010 12:04:13] Henrik.Drum: Fine.... my name is Henrik. What is yours?
[16.06.2010 12:04:23] Alsatia: Evangeline.
[16.06.2010 12:05:02] Henrik.Drum: The little gal who trapped Rall in her net?
[16.06.2010 12:05:13] Alsatia: Oh? You know him?
[16.06.2010 12:05:33] Henrik.Drum: He used to be my commanding officer.
[16.06.2010 12:05:49] Alsatia: Really, now?
[16.06.2010 12:07:15] Henrik.Drum: What is a junker doing in the military?
[16.06.2010 12:07:29] Alsatia: I have my reasons.
[16.06.2010 12:07:34] Alsatia: Rather, had.
[16.06.2010 12:08:23] Henrik.Drum: Bah the military has turned into a piss pool
[16.06.2010 12:08:56] Alsatia: You
[16.06.2010 12:09:09] Alsatia: 're expecting me to defend the Military, aren't you?
[16.06.2010 12:09:18] Henrik.Drum: Who was the V.A. when you patroled omega 7?
[16.06.2010 12:09:29] Alsatia: Alec Voelkel.
Then a ship with Order class and identification has arrived.
[16.06.2010 12:09:35] John.Shepard: CortanaAI: Jump completed.
[16.06.2010 12:09:54] Henrik.Drum: * grins *... do you know where can I find him?
[16.06.2010 12:10:03] Henrik.Drum: I'd love to mee him again.
[16.06.2010 12:10:07] Alsatia: No idea.
[16.06.2010 12:10:17] Alsatia: Maybe his officer?
[16.06.2010 12:10:23] Alsatia: Office.
[16.06.2010 12:11:22] Alsatia: I haven't seen him in a couple weeks anyway.
[16.06.2010 12:11:55] John.Shepard: Huh..... what a coincidence meeting you here.
When i contacted him, i got a direct responce:
[16.06.2010 12:12:28] John.Shepard: I am no agent of yours.
Few munutes later i was detected and engaged by both Outcast and Order ships. My engines
were heavily damaged and I was happy to survive the fight hiding in the nebula. I suspect
them in discussing something too close related to the Wild activity in the Rheinland relying
on the systems and mind changes noticed. I think we have to pay closer attention to the
increased Rheinland Wild activity.
There were no other significant things to be reported
Ensign Dan Moreton, Primary Fleet.
Location: Toledo.
I escorted a member of the ZTC from Toledo to Evora today, on the way he brought to my attention something, that if it hasn't already been mentioned could be of great importance.
Apparently Captain Shepard of the IL-Repentance opened fire on a member of the Cosair Elders on account of Nomads in his cargo, destroying his ship. I saved the logs but unfortantly, the images have blurred as it appears my Frapps issue ship camera system hasn't been probably set up, something I am working on now, but the images are too blurred and I fear they can't be salvaged. This is something I will work on as soon as I've picked up a good nights sleep. (// If somebody wants to tell me what I'm doing wrong, that'd be great).
Unfortanatly I can't remember the Zoners ID tag, but maybe somebody will recognise it from this blurred image.
This is interesting bit of news.
As for a captain Shepard of the IL-Repentance that seems to be miss information on the Zoner's part .
I have been the only one in command of the Repentance. The Iron Legion no longer exists in the Order.
As for attacking any corsair elder that is unlikely. I am sure if that was the case the corsair Elders would have contacted the Order High Command. Also the only Corsair Elder I came across was in command of a Legate and the Repentance at the time was a Geb light carrier This was in Omicron Delta. If I destroyed his ship I would like to have seen this.
*laughs*.
At the time a primary fleet agent was with me and I can not recall his name. I do know the agent was in a fighter.
As for the destruction of a Corsair Elder's ship I believe this information that the Zoner was given is false.
I also wish to know this Zoners name to clear up this issue.
But due to the last two communications regarding a agent Shepard, I feel his action need to be investigated
especially if he may be using a false transponder ie. the former transponder signal of the IL-Repentance.
Captain Tiberius of the Repentance out.

Ensign Dan Moreton, Primary Fleet.
Location: Toledo.
I received a transmission today, I assume from the same Zoner I escorted the other day, but due to the Bounty Hunter attack a lot of the data was scrambled, but I was able to salvage this.
Quote:Jack Shepard and IL-Repentence are two seperate guys. They both chased the Corsair elder.
The Corsair elder was not attacked or destroyed. But he was chased into Gamma with intentions of being attacked (why else would they chase him?).
I have abandoned the title Khonsu for my research vessel, along with the vessel itself.
The name is free to be used... I believe the Forty-Second was interested in that particular title.
I now pilot a Resheph Cruiser, freshly constructed, marked "OHC|Qebui" on the transponder.

Greetings,
Today, when I was flying outside of the Battleship Isis, Order Vessel Eriksson gave me and Ens. Kite an order to assist Order Sgt. Leigh inside the New York system. We emediatley headed there and we encountered few libertonian patrols during the way.
When we entered the New York system Sgt. told us to fly to California and gave us a briefing about the mission. He told us that we have to track down two infected ships and he told that he will wait for us above the New York gate in California. I tryed to get there fast as I can, but I didn't think about a consiquences that can be when you are flying to close to an enemy stations, so we were tracked by Navy ships. Thank god, run from them was a succes. When we ran for the California gate, we reallised that the gate is blocked by a Libertonian Cruiser, so we emediatley informed Sgt. and he instructed us to fly to make a run to the gate, but I replyed him that this is impossible. After that, he told us to fly to Pensylvania and told us that he will wait for us near the Junker base. We changed our course emediatley and when we did the run Libertonian fighter followed us to Badlands and there we lost him.
When we arrived to the Junker base, Sgt. instructed us that the targets have changed the location. He told us that he might be pirating inside the helium field. We headed there and Sgt. was right... he acctually tryed to pirate some vessels! He was asked to stop and he was asked to come with us to the tests, because there was a possibility that the target is infected. He emediatey packed his gear and started to make a run. It took some time while I managed to intercept his vessel. At the beggining we were flying all together, but then I suggested Sgt. that I'll try to intercept him from the bottom. When he started to fly down, I managed to make distance of 200m, and when comrades formed on me from 5k distance they reached the ship in notime and disrupted his cruise. After that, he tryed to make few more runs, but then he reallised that there is no place to run. Soon after, he engaged us! In few minutes the vessel whas destroyed! Ensign Kite managed to SNAC him and the mission was a succes and we headed back home! Unfortunatley we lost contact with second vessel.
