NOT a star.... hmmm could it be....

- A swirly timehole thingy?
- The entire Bolivian Navy out on maneuvers?
- A banana?

Well it probaly is just a light source that was placed so the system would not be dark and no sun was placed as in the original Freelancer you are only in Omicron Minor during missions so you never actualy have time to explore and so never get to go towards this light source.

I love going outside the cloud in Omicron Minor. All you see is Blackness, and you hear the cool, eerie music that you hear when you complete SP missions.

or the music in tohoku. its fun. I once went outside the omicron major cloud, it was COOL! that and, it is a star, but a type not studied by scientists yet.

I've known about this for a long time myself, and I'm sure others here have as well. It's nothing exactly new.

It's also not as bright as a star. It's much dimmer. So that just makes it weirder.

prbably the star from omicron major but really far away, as it has no death zone.

oh yeah and it is a star, go ram the sun in alaska and see if thats a star or not:P
