This post is totally OOC. I want everyone in SA to read this the rules regarding PVP If i see they're broken I'm very sure i can come up with something as good as a ban and as i have posted this in the message dump there is no excuse about not being able to find these rules now so read them and learn them. A certain group of people know why this is posted and will get what one such person deserves.







6. PvP General Rules

6.1 PvP in New York is prohibited. In this system, players are not obliged to roleplay.

6.2 If a player is attacked*, he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking. There are no restrictions for self-defense.

6.3 Attacking characters of level 29 and below is prohibited. Characters under level 30 can be attacked only (1) if grouped with another character of level 30 or higher, (2) if spotted on site of a clan battle, and (3) by players of level 29 or lower.

6.4 Characters escorted by another character of level 30 or higher can be attacked regardless of their level.

6.5 Intentional ramming of capital ships (gunboat-class or larger) by fighters and other capital ships is not allowed both in PvP and in any other situations.

6.6 Using cruise and quick engine kill to boost speed in PvP fights is not allowed.

6.7 Dock-killing is not allowed.

6.8 During a PvP combat player who was killed once should leave the fight, unless sides specify another limit of deaths before the combat begins. Sides should specify goals of the fight and exact time when it begins (and ends), if combat conditions differ from default.

If fighter(s) engages capital ship(s), the fighter(s) should be allowed to respawn up to 3 times.

6.9 Self-killing with a mine or any other weapon is counted as a normal PvP death.

6.10 Sanctions for violation of PvP rules will range from 50 million fine to eternal ban depending on situation.

*For purposes of these Rules occasional shooting or shooting "for fun" does not count as an attack if it does not result in draining shields to 50% or lower or hull damage. Intentional ramming of large ship is also considered an attack.

Ran into HF trying to muscle their way into texas. We put up a valiant fight but alas a massive emp storm (server down) ended the fighting.

The day started out normally enough, I was chatting with Captain Hank McDuff the usual. Just as i was beginning to enjoy the bar long Range scanners from houston detect something. "This planet houston to all pilots in the area, Cathartic is on scanners."

Natrually the Captain and I packed up our gear including a couple drink, I would like to die drunk you know. Upon undocking Cathartic is in scanner rang as intel suggested, Hank quickly pulls away and begins the engagement i followed suit. Cathartic was quickly outgunned and outclassed by Hank and myself, even in our drunken stupor. Cathartic will be serving sometime on huntsville.





As if Cathartic wasn't enough for the day prospector and Billy_The_kid have to come waltzing into Liberty. The Defense of Texas was carried out by myself, Admiral Ana Jane, and LT.Clone. The Xeno Terrorist were not an easy group to deal with but thanks to the team work of the South Alliance both of them will also have a nice cell next to their buddy Cathartic.







Captain Hank McDuff and Admiral Ana Jane have been awarded the Medal of Valor

Admiral Ana Jane has also been awarded the title of Fighter Vetren

Today a hard descision was made, Legion Vessels came into Texas and began firing on an Inquisitor. The HF insisted that we back off, but i would sooner give my life than watch a friendly die. I gave the order to Engage after the Legion refused to back down. Corax was easily dispatched while the executive commander got away. This act of hostility will not go unpunished.

I am glad to hear you stepped up to the plate in our defense, if the HF think that they are only fighting the Inquisition, they are wrong. WE represent ALL of Siruis' lawful forces and by attacking us, they make the civillian population hate them more and more.

Was taking the old Shiloh out for a spin and showing new recruit Riles the ropes when an Outcast Tagged Destroyer Rune came by Planet Houston and started firing on me. I instructed my men to return fire. A battle ensued and the half ready Riles was taken out by a lose shrapnel. He's safe in my hold as my men quickly tractor his escape pod in. The Shiloh then proceeded to engage and eventually proved triumphant over the Outcast (1kill). He eventually escaped through to Hudson and we disengaged.



Riles have since been given a new bird and with proper equipment provided courtesy of Thor's Carriage.
