Asking permission to come back

I'm writing this to ask you if I can formally return to the server...
For those who don't remember me , I played mostly on previous mod some time ago..
I was outcast who was pirating mostly in sigma 13. I used the name Bulldog.

Most of my time off this server I was on USA one, where I'm playing to present time.
Some time ago, friend of mine asked me to come and help him with this and that... and I did that without intention to actually come back. Since I was banned long time ago and lost all my stuff ...

So anyways I was helping my friend and then I started coming back when I was not helping me, I guess I missed some of the people I used to RP with, and some nostalgy just pushed me back to GC server each time I was on USA server.
So today I found myself with 4,5 ships which I built recently, and I want to know if that is ok with you to continue using them...
So I wanted to ask for a permission to come back formally, and get a second chance.

I don't know you, I don't know the reasons you were banned for. But hell, everyone deserves a second chance. I don't speak for majority of the community, but I say come on, hop back on.
