Leaving it turned on while the internet is offline shouldn't make a difference. When it can't connect to anything, it will run a connection test on your active network interfaces and attempt to establish a connection - if it cannot, it temporarily suspends the services that require network access, and re-enables them later on when the connection returns.
There is no solid count for the amount of RAM usage, but on all of my test machines (8 configurations, each tried with XP, Vista and 7), it ran using between 12-15mb, plus AVG 9.0 Internet Security Suite (not scanning), a few tabs in Firefox, Skype and Freelancer. The operating systems were tried without any updates (but with .NET 3.5 SP1 as this is a must), and with full updates, but I didn't really notice any difference, except on XP where performance was better with SP3 and updates, but that is to be expected.

Is it possible to add IONCROSS, Freelancer Companion, Freelancer Stat, Freelancer DataStorm and Freelancer KeyGen to it
just like the Freelancer Mod & Freelancer Account Managers?
Then it'd be perfect for my needs. 1 shortcut, 9 programs.
I don't see why not. If you'd like to give me a shout on Skype, I'm sure we can arrange something here.
Freelancer KeyGen is no longer needed, as accounts can be generated via Account Manager > New Account. The new version will include the ability to name accounts, as FLKeyGen currently offers. Please see the about page for credits regarding that functionality.

When I try to run FLAM through DSLauncher.
It works fine running it normally.
Oddly I get the same thing trying to run Ioncross...
.NET Framework issues?
Also, suggest being able to select FLMM and FLAM directories?
My FLMM is on an external, not the default folder.
Unless I'm missing something.
That's odd. What operating system are you trying to run it on?
By default, DSLauncher runs all programs with administrator permissions (this is generally required for Vista/7, and XP doesn't usually care so much). Are you doing the same when you launch it manually?

W7 32bit.
And nope.
I just tried running FLAM as Admin and got the same error :S
I play FL on my TV which is 52 inch at 1080p resolution of 1920 x 1080 I can run that resolution without a problem if I use the command line -d1920x1080
But your app doesn't support resolution settings.
Would be awesome if you could add it maybe trough a nice drop down menu and have it automatically fit the HUD to the right size as well.

EDIT: 7.5 MB Here.
I think it has something to do with VB6 Runtimes. Which would explain IONCROSS & FLAM.
