Perhaps it's time for me to react. I come back from a short vacation and see Dublin over-run with damn Sails. Great! [color=#33CC00]More fun for me, don't have to play with them by going far to Omegas anymore. So what do we have in Bretonia now...
- Remains of Molly Republic along with Separatists who don't give a damn about truce MR made with Bretonian authorities. I can respect that but that issue is out-dated. Lately these separatists are trying to better organize which is a great sign and it really brings a smile on my face. Departure of Collin Breen has touched me... very deeply. He'll be missed very much. But it is as it is - we shall continue our collaboration and will deal with any problems just like we did before - together.
- BAF kinda withered away not to mention the police... Who knows the real reasons; maybe someone put something in all their tea plantations so now the most of them are depressed and off-duty. I talked to some of them and they don't have much problems with Mollys being their problem. Their... real problem now are...
- ...Sails. Tried to figure out why are they there in great numbers in the first place. Later one of the Baffeys told me they're there quite often. Why? Probably gotten tired of loosing against Hessians so now they've increased activity to Omega 3 and Bretonia, where Hessies have more trouble reaching them and where they'll have less problems in taking what they think it's theirs.
- Damn Indians. Small tribe of let's-just-shoot-em-up villagers, except that these don't use bows and arrows. What's so special about them? Nothing much but it's important to mention that they fly side by side with cannibals nowadays. I couldn't believe it untill I saw one, The Apache, shooting at me along with them. Which is really ironically stupid actually considering that MR gave them permission to use their bases... A while ago. By the way, have those docking permits revoked right now or I'll consider that as an insult. Unless, of course, you'd prefer to have cannibals' friends using Molly facilities.
Sails the Sairs in general are like virus and thus they need to be cut down. They come in great numbers and are generally unpleasant. The word has spread around that their empire is crumbling down so now they want to make the world believe in opposite. Trust me, they will go stronger and stronger. Probably stronger than OPG has ever been. So how do we solve the problem? We'll work together and act now. Why should we work together - it will be good for all of you. Me? I'm just here for the thrill of making people annoyed by my presence.
Let's react now, radically.
Molly Republic will get their independence. Now. That is, consider this as a start of negotiations. Why is this good for both involved parties? BAF is tired and fatiqued by being hit on three sides - KNF, Sairs and of course - Mollys. Not to mention me and swarms of independent pirates. Mollys will at last get what they've always wanted - their own republic and finally they'll be under less stress therefore being more able to defend Dublin and to perhaps invade Omegas. Why not hit your old enemy where it'll hurt him the most? Omegas are your withing Molly ZOI. I have some connections there. Besides, I'm sure Hessians will help their distant buddies without me saying a word.
Bretonian Armed Forces and the police will then have only two sides to fight against, and they'll have help by Mollys and by merry bunch of mine. That means I'll stop my hostilities towards Baffies and my "illegal" activities in whole Bretonia as well. A very simple solution, isn't it?
Maybe I didn't make myself clear well enough. This is not a proposition. This is my demand and negotiations will start now. If BAF decides not to listen to me on this one, I'll just make myself as a additional problem they have now with Sairs. And trust me, there are numerous ways to achieve that now, especially now since you're in vulnerable stage. Armed Forces know their priorities - they hate outside invaders more than they'll ever hate independence fighters. It's time to make some friends, tea-dudes.
And what about Mollys? You're gonna have to play nice if Bretonian authorities are to even consider negotiating your independence. Forget about the past, pride and honor... and booze. This is opportunity to achieve your main goal. Maybe Collin had the same goal by signing that truce. Who knows. Have you guys forgotten what Corsairs did to you in the past? Have you forgotten about Cork? Do I need to say more? They should be the focus of your hatred, not the Queen's pencil-pushing soldiers with silly hats. Anyway, if you also decide not to show your good will on this one, I'll consider this as THE END of our cooperation.
Why am I doing this? This has nothing to do with me having good relations with Dublin's Greens or me hating Sairs nor Baffeys. I'm just bored and need something to do. I've always loved Bretonia. It's quiet if one knows where to dwell when drinking morning coffee. Chaos I'd spread around in other parts of Sirius, haha. Yes, everyone needs a place where to take a rest. Either way, someone needed to make things clear for you or would you prefer loosing a lot of "innocent" men and women in the future.
So many good sides of this proposition so let's begin the negotiations. Consul Joker wanna hear your thoughts. Just don't raise your voices. My cats tends to get very agitated when people are shouting.

We don't give into demands, Joker.
However, I'll treat this as a proposition. You want both sides to get along? You want everyone to fight together against the plague in Bretonia? Alright, sure our forces could use the assistance against the Indians, Corsairs, and Kusari forces. We'll stop shooting you and your lads.
On two conditions.
Condition One, You and your boys do not target Bretonian vessels outside of Bretonia, or Independent traders in Omega-3.
Condition Two, You and your boys will aid us against Kusari. We could use the hand, we're both well aware of this.
As far as the armistice with the Molly Republic goes, we were waiting for their leaders to get things together before we held a diplomatic meetings. I'd like to reassure you that we never did intend to stop them fully, nor did I issue any orders for my men to open fire on Molly ships.

We can propose a temporary contract for you and your merry little gang. You would act as sub-contractors to the Bretonian Armed Forces but in so doing you would have to make a pledge promising that you and any working for or with you, will abide to Bretonian Law. Law dispensed by the BAF in Dublin and Leeds and by the Bretonia Police Authority in the rest of our territory.
On top of that you would have to assist with the fighting on the Kusari front as well as destroying any raids in Dublin that the BPA Anti-Corsair unit cannot stop (protecting BMM convoys and miners will earn you some cash and some kudos should you require any).
Your cronies incompetence in battle has been proven many a time; I can only hope they have improved since the last time they graced us with their presence, or at the very least, are able to get in the way of hostile fire.
Should you choose to operate under said restrictions you will be allowed docking on whatever law abiding stations choose to accept you. You are obviously quite friendly with the Molly Republic and they seem to have an abundance of parts, ships and weapons (or so we gather from the numerous unencrypted broadcasts we pick up) which apparently every man and his pet rock can purchase.
Their bases are no doubt the perfect locations for you to refit and launch from (and keeping your lot away from citizens with half a moral or indeed sane bone in their body would be prudent).
You will also be removed from the Find, track, Maim, Kill, Tear into pieces and Recycle into plant food list; you will be allowed to pass through the systems of Leeds, Dublin, Cambridge and Omega 5 without any interference from BPA or BAF Officers. We will assist you where possible and if necessary.
This of course is providing that you follow Bretonian Law and dont hassle anyone the kingdom of Bretonia is not currently at odds with. We would prefer it if you would refrain from entering New London, Cambridge, Newcastle and Manchester as they are used for trade etc. (and lets be honest you would probably make the children cry).
This of course doesnt apply if you are leaving Bretonia; feel free to take the shortest route to the door.
Our eyes are ever watching Joker. Should you cross us or violate any agreement we make by attacking Bretonian Lawful ships or companies, disrupting valuable trade or not following the instructions of a BAF or BPA Officer; the combined might of the Bretonia Police and Armed Forces shall smite you so hard youll wake up in Rheinland (if you wake up at all).
Apart from that I have no reason to believe that we cannot do business Mr. Joker. Follow a few simple rules and you will soon find yourself having a hassle free and pleasant time in quiet Bretonia.
As far as the independence of the Mollys goes, I think one united people would have to be presented before us prior to any action being taken, at the moment it appears to be a rather fractioned faction.
Regards
Commander Lucy Silsbury
Bretonia Police Authority
PS. If your actions prove unsatisfactory, the contract would then have to be... renegotiated...
roight, lets get to business me says, if we want to play this out well,
then Dublin will be played out on our terms, that means queens forces
are bounded to our laws. this amnistance was nothing more then a fancy cease-fire
yes breen would have been a great pilot for the separatists,
however like me brother liam he choose to leave bretland.
so I propose this.
the separists and other parties of the Molly council will be the main lawful group(s)
in dublin, the Baf,bpa and you will abide the laws we've set.
any crime is our problem, however when needed Baf and or bpa may assist separists forces.
we have been dealing with indie P rats since the fall of the republic, I personally don' like those feckers
on our yard. however they are like the scrubbies, they keep comin' back.
the Essex is a thorn in our eyes, aswell as the owner of Graves station,
operations on both should be "re-arranged" fer yer essex, get it out of dublin, yer may park it infront of the entrance to our lands. and fer graves station, brake it down, or hand it over. Yer' choosage we say this toim.
we ofcourse understand the value of gold, however wouldn't it be more cost efficient if we mine it they way it should be mined, and I not be meaning by slaver-Sir Graves, just simply a trade agreement.

And this is the problem we face.
Councilor Mac'Ceallach, what your lads in the republic never understood was the fact that we can't fully withdraw our forces from the Dublin region due to any possible counter attacks the Kusari Empire might attempt. Not to mention we have to deal with an increasing number of piracy reports in that system.
I understand you want the system free and separated from the crown, but in times of war we cannot promise that. Thats the situation that never crossed your former leaders mind set. The Crown will not hand over a system in the middle of a war, and with the Molly Republic in ruins, how can I be assured that your rebels will even take up arms against the Corsair invaders? We've already started pulling the Essex fleet out and that only caused larger problems in the Dublin system. So I took the appropriate steps to secure the system once more. I'm sorry to say this, but I'm not going to see a completely lawless system near the Capital of the Kingdom. Once law and order is restored to the Dublin system, then we can discuss further regarding ownership of Dublin being handed over.
You must understand, Councilor, as the Vice Admiral of the Armed Forces, I will not watch a system fall completely to the Corsair blight. If Dublin falls, which it most likely will given how the Molly Republic is in shambles, we'll be dealing with more and more attacks on the Capital of Bretonia.
All we can do right now is work together in the Dublin system. I am willing to divide territories within the system, but I cannot fully hand the system over. As far as Graves station goes, I can't do anything with that matter either, as Miss Selena Graves is currently in charge of the operations there.
yer may have noticed, that the republic isn't there anymore.
and, how do you define lawless, when we have laws. just slight different from those
on her royal space.
yer might not be expecting this from a group that has arisen from the ashes it created.
but we no longer are housing criminals on our ara. we have our own "legal" traders
running 'round.
and to a other point have we ever atacked you openly? yer not be the only ones at war, yet
the republic has fought hard and with this armistance it has crumbled. play it by our laws
on our lawn, and we play it on your laws on your lawn.

[Comm ID: Hans, Roger - Vice Admiral] [Target ID: The Joker; Andy Mac'Ceallach; Commander Lucy Silsbury] [Subject: N/A]
Let's clear a few points up.
One, I didn't doubt your group were going to house criminals, and I am glad that you have legal traders.
Two, Lawless as in the moment we pull out from the system once more, the place will get overran and then more complaints will come across my desk to take immediate action.
Three, as far as I'm aware, the armistice is still intact, the only thing that isn't currently intact regarding the armistice is pulling troops out of the system. I took immediate actions that I thought were required in the Dublin system, which your group has not yet done. Don't like, tough luck, I don't exactly fancy running the entire Armed Forces, but someone has to do it.
As I said in the last transmission, I am not going to budge from my position regarding the Dublin system. Not yet. I did however discuss territories for both groups to operate freely.
Now, this is crudely laid out but I'll have you know it's hopefully to your liking. The area in blue represents the Bretonian controlled space. Our ships will operate freely here for the remainder of the war. White space will be neutral ground, where both the Molly forces and Armed Forces will operate in a joint task force. Protecting traders and miners from Corsair and Kusari threats. Areas in Red will be considered the territory of the Molly Council. Now I'm sure you notice the small red and blue area in the others territory. These are marked jumpholes for both of our ships to use. Bowex operates a colony on the Zoner planet in Omega-49 so their ships are constantly heading to and from that area, while the New London and Leeds jumpholes are for your transports to leave and come through. As the Independent Miners Guild is currently not here, the Hood and the nearby race track will be considered neutral ground.
as you may have a pencil to mark things on yer map of yers.
we have nice artists on ara, so he drawn something more "fancy"
as you may know, we've cutted into yer "private area"
however the route to the zoner space is completly free for both of us,
that means we can fly along yer side there, aswell yer can on ours.
with the pencil marks yer made, the co-op yer be suggesting is highly uneffective
with more co-op area's we can be more of use fer each own.
I be thinking I be right there.

[font=Trebuchet Ms]1. My hostilities in Bretonia will stop. For now. But not in Omega 3. [color=#33CC00]I won't play with representatives of bretonian firms there but I will play with independent ones. As for Kusari, if I'm around - call me and I'll help.
2. This cease-fire thing is nothing but a extension of the armistice and that's ok. It's a process, isn't it. But I wanna see it active, which means I wanna see BAF and Mollys working together. As for Dublin, BAF should show some more respect towards Mollys there but at the same time - Mollys can't expect from BAF to abandon Dublin just like that. That's why cooperation is essential. Not only it will improve your relations, but it will strengthen defenses over there. So forget about who's controlling it. Control it together or Sairs will.
3. I want this to be treated as temporary solution ONLY. Lets give Mollys some time to organize and after a short period of time - let them get their independence. Lets see will this work out. I will fulfill my part of the bargain.
Mollys can't allow their gold to be stolen. You gotta understand that Bretties. So why don't you let them stop anyone who isn't a part of one of your firms or IMG or whoever. Maybe some list should be made but not generalized so anyone can be protected by it. So many jerks over there, stealing money for themselves, don't care about Bretonia nor its citizens. Think about that.
Also this separatist thingie should be abandoned now because there's no point if you're not going to be shooting at BAF any more. So unite under MR again! Mollys need to elect someone to replace Collin, if that's even possible. Some unity and determination needs to be shown right now. Without a proper leader, the Republic can't exist, let along its independence.
Elect me as a temporary governor of Dublin and I will see to it that both sides are treated equally. Hahahaha. This last part is a joke but you gotta admit - it had a good sound to it, hahahaha. Governor Joker.Hahahahaha.
