As of right now it is not widely known that I am alive, if possible I would like to keep it as such. Now onto business...
As you know the Renegades have been working towards good standings with your Nation. I believe it is time to take the next step. My... partner, Gator, and his gang of 'Sinners' have moved into the Tau region to begin collecting on your bounty board in the name of the Renegades. They are loyal to me, and will kill your enemies with ease. Gator and the Sinners have one request though, they wish to use your base, Cali, as a docking point for small repairs, they'll have their own gear so no need to worry about supplying us, we'll hold our own.
Their request has brought up a bigger subject, I would like to further the request by asking for docking rights to other Outcast border stations for the rest of the Renegades. Which exact ones I leave up to you, though Cali is of a necessity.

Who exactly is your enemy, the one you wish to remain "dead" to?
We accept your terms. As for why I wish to remain in the background, it "was" to keep alarm of our common enemies, the CR, and for us, the IMG, down. I don't want them scouring space for me once again, not for the time being that is.
