while it looks OK - i think its not entirely correct in terms of scale

the best way to check the real size of a ship is to calculate the width, hight and length in the HarcCMP coordinate system.

milkshape can sometimes alter the models a little

Maybe, but am sure they are ok
i used 0.75 scale on each ship.
