Ah, hello there. I hope this reaches ye. Ye see, I'm in a bit o' a spot. I've been tryin' to help a lot of folks here on Leeds, and I have nae had the best o' luck. There be many refugees here, who need homes and shelter and food. I have little money, and little resources, but I have enough to move these refugees somewhere safe... and therein lies the problem.

I found a space hulk, out in one o' the smog clouds, and managed to make it spaceworthy and comfortable and safe enough. *an image pops up of the rough analogue of a Barge* The thing is, I don't have anywhere to take the folks, even if I could. If I got them aboard, how would their lives be any different? Running from the war, from pirates, from the bastard-spawn who prey on those with nothin' but their lives.

I heard in a tavern on Leeds about you folks, that you all are taking in refugees. I don't care about yer ideology, just that you'll give these poor blighted bastards a home. I'll probably need a visa in yer space, the comm signature o' my "ship" is Sugar.Queen . If ye could get my ship cleared to fly in Coalition territory, that'll be another step towards moving these refugees. I hope that'll clear me up with any o' yer security forces.

Also, I do have one problem, probably easier to fix. I need freighters, or common freight transports. Docking with this beast... it's next to impossible, and certainly dangerous to all involved. I'm afraid if I tried to land on Leeds, I'd destroy half the gorram surface. If ye know anyone that could help with moving refugees and supplies aboard, I, and many, many refugees, would be very grateful.

Your message reaches us at a time of... trouble for the Coalition. However, the Coalition has one overriding directive and that is the preservation of Civilian life. It is a fundamental tenant of our culture, and the cornerstone of our continued success.

We cannot, nor will we ever, turn away those that need our help. I have heard of the brewing strife in Leeds, and know all too well of the gathering storm that has threatened to strike the innocent people of that once great bastion of industry. The workers of Leeds, and their families, are welcome on JiangXi, where a large colony of former Bretonian citizenry are currently establishing and rebuilding the city of New HangZhou choosing to rename the city New Hong Kong.

New Hong Kong, or simply Hong Kong, is a place where Bretonian civilization and culture blends with the existing strong Chinese heritage of the world of JiangXi, building a beautiful colony in the warm tropics down beside a stretch of coastline perfectly suited to colonial life.

JiangXi has not been without its difficulties in the past. The colony was attacked once before, and since steps have been made to ensure that such a heinous crime will never again before the citizenry of that fair and beautiful world. The installation of new Planetary shields and a full defensive grid means that the world will be a haven for all that settle there, safe away from war.

I have ideas on who you can contact with regards to transports, one Nichole Schmidt, a freelancer in the employ of the Coalition. She has close ties to the enigmatic group known as the [TAZ] and if anyone can organize an airlift of refugees, it would be her.

We welcome you, and naturally grant a visa to your refugee vessel... but warn that there are many enemies out there, those that would try to blockade our fair and peaceful system. Take caution, and I hope that with Ms. Schmidt to guide you, you and your kin will find safe harbour.
