Planetform was started by a group of California and Cambridge scientists in roughly 500 A.S. with the wild ambition to turn desolate uninhabitable worlds into flourishing worlds for human life within 400 years. The Bretonian Parliament showed interest in the research in hopes of a positive outcome to counter the Leeds pollution confrontation that was turning into a social crisis. The unlikely possibility of a Kusari shipment of alien organisms being shot down near Planet Harris in the Tau 31 system was the nudge Planetform needed. The Alien life-forms that survived began to flourish on the desolate rock, consuming the rocky terrain and excreting the waste as Oxygen and Carbon-dioxide gas. The use of Alien organisms in terraforming spawned a grail of opportunities and after almost fifty years of research funded by the Bretonian Government, Planetform was eventually given its first contract to terraform Planet Harris. Using its funding, the small group of scientists and physicists invested into directions that would pull the project into the corporate world. By 575 A.S. Canterbury station was constructed as Planetform's base of operations. Planetform itself was now being recognised as an independent Bretonian firm regardless of its Government dependencies.
Thinking of the advantages, the Liberty Government was quick to see the potential in Planetform's proven potentials, and before long a contract was settled for Planetform to begin terraforming on California Minor. The Planet was originally considered unfit for terraforming, however the Liberty Government was already bought by Planetform's bright future and insisted the project went forward. This was surely the golden age of Planetform's success as money was rolling in from all directions, allowing the firm to purchase a sizable fleet to supply its operations. Both Rheinland and Kusari were now searching the depths of their space for potential locations suitable for terraforming in hopes of staying in the race for the most developed house. However few contracts were received from the other two houses, and from those that were requested none passed the qualifications for a successful terraforming operation.
For many years Planetform relied on its Government contracts in order to maintain their operations on both Harris and Minor. The recently discovered Edinburgh system also posed new opportunities to the business and its development. The discovery of Planet Gaia by the Cambridge Research Institute sparked an unlimited potential in development and tourism, however it was Orbital Spa & Cruise that was to get first pickings when they stationed their Liner Shetland in the Planet's orbit. Planetform was denied access to the Planet's surface with the intentions of developing civilised and corporate interests by both the Institute and the Gaians; an ecological terrorist group that spawned around the year 750. Planetform had to settle for what was left and was commissioned to begin the terraforming of Planet Ayr by the Bretonian Government. Disappointing as it may have seemed, it was a blessing in disguise, for the Planet Harris operation that was determined to be ready for settlement a lot later than expected in 820. The operation there had been stalled in phase III for some time due to the Gaian terrorists, Kusari invasion and Gallic naval actions against Planetform, The Harris project had run out of government funding around 780 and required corporate funding to continue the operation.
Thanks to the most recent Ayr contract, Planetform now had the appropriate funding to continue their Harris project despite the intentions of the money in the first place. Planetform now had the opportunity to test a few of their theoretical phase I processes on Planet Ayr that involved intricate explosive techniques on asteroids in deep orbit, As well as trying their new compounds of PFCs also known as PolyFluorene Carbons, were suggested to be over 9000 times more potent than CO2, the Planetform research and development department was at its peak and rising.
Within recent times Planetform has been put under increased pressure from all directions. The Bretonian conflict with Gallia cost them Planet Ayr and protection of Planet Harris. The conflict also carved the Planetform charter in two. With the Armed Forces retreating from Planet Harris, yet another setback has been added to the list on the Harris project's schedule. Planetform has been forced to opt for the more indirect route through a Jump Hole in Edinburgh that's now swarming with Gaian Eco-Terrorists. With Planet Minor soon being handed over to Synth Foods, the firm needed another contract to keep themselves level. So the contract was signed and shortly afterward in 817 Cold Bay was functioning as a Pre-phase depot.
Planetform Incorporated is now plowing through these troubled and difficult times; still reliant on its government contracts, it is still seeking throughout the Sirius Sector for terraforming potential and survival from the wars that are tearing Sirius apart.
The United Kingdom of Bretonia is the house where it all began, with a substantial
financial boost from their side Planetform could become what it is now,
therefore the Bretonian Armed Forces as well as the Bretonian Police Authority
are considered as allies. Bretonian corporations are seen as friendly, however with a sharp
eye on them, they do stay with competition on the shipping market.
When in 816 A.S. Gallia was revealed to the rest of Sirius Planetform reacted surprised,
but decided to follow in the steps of their house of origin, Project Harris had to be finished,
no matter the dangers involved. This, with the invasion of Gallia into the Tau worlds in 818 A.S,
made it very difficult to keep supplies going towards Project Harris,
and above that the Gallic Royal Navy shoot at every non-Gallic ship that stands in their way.
Planetform tries to avoid any close contact with them as much is viably possible,
transport ships even with double escorts going to Harris are unsure about their return.
Due to the difficulties in the past with Bretonia, Planetform Incorporated's relations with the Kusari Empire is shaky at best. Currently neutral, the corporation has no outstanding projects employed by or within Kusari.
Kusari corporations are be treated as civilians and under no circumstances should any aggressive actions be taken.
GMG Affiliated individuals are considered neutral to Planetform Incorporated as they pose no direct threat.
Although there is a war with our other colonial partners we stress an entirely neutral/friendly relationship, with both houses involved in the Bering/Hudson conflicts. Liberty has proven to be a valuable partner in funding Planetform Inc.
The Libertonian government and its affiliates pose a neutral/friendly relationship with Planetform Inc. at this moment. Libertonian Unlawful groups which include the Liberty Rogues, Lane Hackers and Xenos are considered directly hostile to Planetform
The Bundesrepublik Rheinland and its affiliates are considered valuable partners in supplying Planetform projects with Fertilisers and thus is kept at a friendly stance. Rheinland unlawful's allied directly with the Red Hessians are considered hostile to the firm. All criminal activity should be reported to local authorities when possible.
Independent groups such as the IMG and the Zoners are considered completely neutral to Planetform.
The IMG and Planetform have exchanged potential terraforming contracts in the past which are currently on hold until the Tau conflicts can be resolved.
Criminal Groups known as the Outcasts and the Corsairs are considered directly hostile to Planetform.
Terrorist Factions such as the SCRA are also considered Hostile.

I would discuss with the BAF Fleet Admiral for use of a couple of Templars, and maybe a few Paladins. Other then that, it's good to see the PFI coming back to life under a different leadership. If and when you guys have your faction members settled, contact me over skype and I'll drag a representative of the PFI into the Bret Gov't chat.

I hate wasting the hours an other had spend,
so kudos for your work,
' Wrote:Looking good! Have you thought about requesting some security ships from bretonia? Based on my own experience, the Paladin HF is available.
yes I have tought about it, but for now there isn't any security ship airborn.

Quote:Cold Bay is a small Planetform base built near Planet Atka in 816 A.S., being the first hidden step in preparations for Atka terraforming ordered by the Liberty government. Rheinland discovered this base in 817 A.S. and demanded its immediate deconstrucion, since populating Atka would mean that Liberty is going to claim the whole Hudson system as a part of its own territory.
I think Rheinland doesn't like you much. Maybe re-consider your affiliation with it as well.

The threat Kusari forces pose to the Harris project in Tau 31 is a dangerous one and so all Kusari forces and their affiliates,
are considered very unfriendly if not hostile to the firm. Pilots that aren't directly engaged by Kusari forces should ignore and not provoke them.
Kusari corporations in Bretonian space are to be ignored but reported to local authorities when possible.
GMG Affiliated individuals are considered neutral to Planetform Incorperated as they pose no direct threat.
Developers, decided to step in your faction's Lore and create many terraforming projects which most of them are in unlawful Guard Systems, without involving Planetform at all. Also, Kishiro Technologies seem to have many scientific information about terraforming since they are in charge for Planet Miura in Okinawa system.
Quote:the decision was made to go ahead and push for a full terraforming project using the accelerated methods recently developed by Kishiro scientists (using stolen Planetform information in some places) in their attempts to solve the overpopulation problems facing most of the Houses.
Maybe you should reconsider your reputation mainly with Kishiro and a little with GMG as well?
