I've been wondering about the answers to these two questions and I cant figure them out, so here are the questions:
1. If in PvP I kill my foe, and then he re-engages me what should I do? Flee, fight him, let him kill me, how do I deal with him?
2. I don't mean to argue with the admin or anything like that but I'm not sure why he asked me to stop fighting actually he said "Please cut the flames". I was in New Berlin attacking some players fighting some NPCs and etc. and I get this massage from the console. I don't remember who that admin was but he was kind enough to say that this massage was for me and I can continue engageing players but as long as everyone is happy. So I wonder how can i guess when a person i attack is happy or not? I cant read his mind or so. And its not a problem to stop attacking when I'm told to do so or anything, I'm just wondering why?
P.S: And by the way about question #2 the players that i attacked were from and enemy faction and carrying an enemy ID.

Then if you think there is a violation post this in the correct thread:)

I think the self defence ruling comes in there. You should try to tell the attacker that what they're doing is wrong, and see if they back off. If so, all is well. If not, I suppose that's up to you. Just stay within the other server rules and report when you get the chance. Take as many screenies as possible.
In the same situation (after warning the attacker of the rule breach), if they didn't lay off, I'd turn and fight... but then again, I'm a PvP whore, so player discression applies :D
BULLDOGNK, I don't think that there is a violation post, and I do follow what admins say i was just wondering why have I been asked to do that nothing more.:)
P.S again...: and while I'm at screenshothing the re-engageing foe what should I do try to defend my self a bit, take the screenshots and leave the game then come right to the forums or what?:)

Well, you have a few options: run or fight. Axe is right, take screenshots (if possible of the kill too) of the player re-engaging after he died.

Greets
It was me and I explained it to you ingame - the three of you were flaming each other to death, it was bordering with insults I hope I prevented anyone having bad feelings after that. I also told your 'foe' to disengage.

It's your choice, I would strongly advise against F1ing out. Try warning the opponent of the rule breach if possible, no matter if you die.

Thanks for the answers Nightfall. And we never insulted each other or anything like that but no matter its long gone I got the point why you stopped us.
