The Titans are greek as well, and that ship is vanilla as opposed to the community-made Sarissa and Tridente. In general the Corsairs got the most of the Greek populace of the Hispania while the Outcasts got most of the Italians... the actual "hispanic" got mixed between the two factions.
Oh, and yeah... a lot of our characters carry Italian names and our government acts a whole lot like the roman empire where as the Corsairs share more traits with the Greek. (That and the common Corsair pilot tends to act like a Mexican thief.)
And a note for you paranoid wankers out there: I am not flaming. There you go.

Ye, Sair nation is like a big neo-sparta with space boats. But for greece point of view its even more weird because the democracy came from there mostly, Greece wasn't empire.
