Yea, but the lawful types wont like you much.


And you'd have to ask the RHA for permission to use it. Meaning you have to have a good RP excuse to use it.

Loki with FL ID? Even if the RHA gives you one then the things you can do with it will be limited like you cant attack their allys or work for lawfuls etc...

Technically, you can steal it, it just means you need OORP permission from the RHA, as they are the current hessian faction.

You'd need good reasoning for stealing it. I.E. enough for the RHA to accept the proposal.

That is, if I'm remembering/interpreting the new Tech chart rules correctly.

So yeah, you probably can't really steal it...

I say its what was said before... You need a good RP excuse but it is not impossible... Well depends on RHA anyway.
