First, is there a way to search for posts containing Word1 + Word2 but not necessarily "Word1_Word2"? I'm searching for threads on how to make NPCs more friendly to me but the search tool seems to only find exact phrases rather than posts containing the designated words.
Since my searching has proved fruitless, here's my situation and my question:
I'm working up a character who is trying to become as neutral as posssible to as many NPC factions as possible. In order to get some Rheinland equipment I've pissed off the Unioners and some of the Brundusch (sorry for spelling) and the Hessians I believe. Is there a way to improve relations with any of these factions?
Thanks for any info.

destroy the three depots next to manhatten. Just about everything will be neutral.

Well that was exciting! Got my rep down with Liberty and up with some of their foes. Now I need to find soemthing to blow up in Rheinland to even that out a bit.

Wow this is nearly getting out of hand. There are so many "good guy" factions that are Allied, if you start beating on one in hopes of raising your rep with their enemies, you start making a lot of unfriendlies. I have most police forces at or near neutral now, but the Unioners and their allies are pretty much in hate with me, barely budged their bars. Guess I'll have to go play in another region since I've apparently burnt too many bridges with those folks:)

Try FP2 in Bering for bizarre and obscure bribes. They're sure being stingy in the Zoner department lately.
Reputation, I have found, is quite loopy. Killing an enemy of an ally will raise the reputation of a faction. For example, if you wanted to increase the reputation of the zoners, you would have to fight the enemies of GMG or the Order. This includes Bounty hunters, corsairs, outcasts, Rheinland military, kruger minerals and a few others.
However, I do not believe that fighting the enemy of an ally of an ally will help the reputation. For instance, you will not get a good zoner reputation from shooting the liberty rouges, who are enemies of the corsairs, who are the friends of the Order.
