Official faction will find a way as we can make deals with other companies, but indies are having a problem, ehh.
Republican, Samura or Kishiro are your best options there. Samura|- is already flying on that route, but I'm sure the AFA will be glad if someone else is going to try it and give them something to do:P
Also, you can always try to just ignore the GMG and deliver it nonetheless. There's no issue as long as they don't catch/see you. Samura|- is doing the same with Artifacts who are considered contraband in the Sigmas.
Changing diplomacy as an indy is pretty impossible. Maybe get an exception just for yourself, but you would have to be able to offer them something for it ( Sometimes it's mere money, but I guess in that case the grudge might be a little bit deeper )

Thats i was asking,if there is a rp way how to solve this for my miner when official. Faction is not interresed in changing that.
I know that is no problem to avoid them, but i prefered the first option. And as i typed i
mine only from time to time so no point in hiring someone when i dont know when i will mine:)
We should just drop the RP and let you pass because you tranposrt silver and Narita buys it. With the extra icing on the cake of you being official that should instantly mean you are to be excepted from RP. I frakking hate OOC threads when no RP has been attempted or when I wasn't contacted about any potential for future diplomacy.
Read your lore, Kruger has long since Vanilla times had a way out of GMG's grudge.
That was my bomber - and I can tell you most Kruger transports that enter Sigma-13 don't leave. The Sigma route being cut off for Kruger miners is canon RP and as Prowler said we aren't going to just ignore canon RP and let kruger indies pass through just because the best place to sell ore is on the other side.

Citation?
' Wrote:Position is as it is - badly negotiated from Rheinland's side because Kruger had no legal representative present at that board. and if they did, and this is the outcome, someone needs to smack him over the head. But for now, DHC has better treatment on that side of the fence.
Actually it was Republican who made out nicely on that deal, but the point remains. The Sigma Trade Pact left the status quo between Kruger and GMG untouched.

GMG didn't do anything bad here.
I know, I also recognize a desire to find a way around the GMG grudge against Kruger and there is a way. As someone who is an official Kruger and appears to have been part of this community for so long I am more then a bit surprised at the lack of knowledge on the history of The Eighty. I reacted harshly because of this surprise (note I am now giving the benefit of the doubt that he may not have known this lore rather then knowing it and trying to bypass it) and I probably shouldn't assume that an official leader would, like me, go out of his way to learn all the lore in the area that pertains to not just his faction but those he'd have to interact with and then keeping his members up to date on it. The Eighty Year War was no tiny event and almost the entirety of Rheinlands Vanilla and thus ongoing developing RP is based off of the changes that happened within as a result of the loss at the Eighty Year War.
None of this means I intend to close off any future attempts of RP to find a way around this. Indeed poor RFP is lookinf for non combatitive RP for his group to do. This is the perfect opportunity for them to do investigative RP and maybe even uncover that the true instigators of the war wasn't Kruger, as GMG believes, but really Daumann who took advantage of the Kruger wreck incident to push for the war. Find all this out, see if the Rheinland state will allow it to be known and if so this can lead to the reversal of a 2 century misunderstanding.
' Wrote:Yesterday i was flying trough sigma 13,and i was informed that gmg is not tolerating kruger ships passing trough.
My question is,how can this change, since my miner is notember of official faction so he has not ability to change diplomacy thongs between gmg amd rheinlad/kruger, and becase liberty and rheinland are in war,way trough sigma is the only way to kusari.
(i asked if there is a way how can single miner rp out of this situation, but i was told that first must diplomacy things change).
And because i know that there is lot of miners not in official faction, what can they make?
As ProwlerPC so eloquently put it, we would have preferred being contacted through proper communication channels inRP, or maybe by instant messages (Skype) before opening up ooRP threads. Seemingly innocent question, apparently not so innocent. But I think your question has been answered by now.
' Wrote:Well, if you ask me it's stupid, cause Kruger can sell Silver ore only on Narita station, and Sigma 13 is the best route, there is one alternative, but it takes half an hour longer, and you use jump holes, which is a bit oorp for Miner corporation such as Kruger, so I think Kruger here is has a problem, as only good route is actually not good. If there would be solid alternative to this, I wouldn't mind, but atm it sucks.
There was attempt with diplomacy, but GMG just denied it if I remember correctly.
Had it occurred to anyone yet, that GMG simply doesn't want any Kruger vessels to enter their controlled space, i.e. Sigma-13. Kruger vessel have all been banned since the end of the Eighty, even in vanilla. It's nothing new, the ban existed before the profitable trade route of silver ore. The ban seem to have effected Kruger players only recently, since they didn't bother going to Kusari earlier. The Kruger ships I saw pre-mining mod was close to non-existing in Sigma-13 (coming and going). Don't want to risk trespassing Sigma-13 with silver ore? Mine cobalt, haul to Munich.
Requesting proof of said attempt thread(s). My own searches proved to be fruitless.
But I find it funny how people seem to think, that only because you're not part of an official faction, RP repercussions doesn't affect you. All Kruger, officials or not, are banned from Sigma-13. Trespass, and suffer the consequences.
1:i typed that i am. NOT member of official kruger faction,so my iny miner can not change diplomacy
2: i talked with GMG bomber first in rp,then asked private oorp if there is a way how can individual make something or gain free pass trough sigma (and sorry i dont onow rheinland history/diplomacy, because only what i have from there os miner that is minning maybe 2-3 times in week)
3: i was trying to find rp way first, not oorp way
4: when your reaction is this, then forget about my question, i will just rename my miner every time, look if gmg is in sigma, when no,i will fly trough... No reason to try or ask something when reaction of leader of the gmg is as above...
Tjis can be closed since i got my answers... Thanks to all who tryed to help...

Seems to me like the whole GMG got it the wrong way here. He's not saying that he is not affected by the RP repercussions for not being in the official faction.
He is saying that he is not in the official faction and hence is not able to change the overall diplomacy, so he's asking if there is a way around for individuals (like purchasing a license, but that's an example mentioned by me, not him).
The resulting tone looks like a misunderstanding to me (typical Kurger-GMG relations I guess:P)
