Considering that there are 75 people on, and some unable to join because the server is full, I guess a higher player limit will issue a higher user count. But, we will have lag problems if we do that.

Talking about lag, how is the server doing? I set the hook to stop NPC spawn every time the server latency goes higher than 100ms...
