How does Codenames respawn?

if u ever want to recall (for lack of a better word that i can think of) a post, just edit it so that it only says "delete" or "delete this", etc

Right, lets be a little more specific here ...
Each one of your characters can hit a wreck only once. Doesn't matter how many times it re-spawns. No point
sitting and waiting for it to give up weps after the first time ... Ain't going to happen.
Every time the server re-starts, the wrecks re-spawn. That includes maintenance, crashes and re-sets.
So if collecting those codies is your game, you will need a new character each time you want to collect them,
and unfortunately, be camping at the wreck ... sad as that is ... after each re-start.
