i m not sure if the LSF has a guard system as a matter of fact - but if they have ... it may make a nice little "object" ( no base - just an object with ID card ) - in their space - you know.... something to discover.
its meant to be an equilvalent to the order recon cruiser ( small, sleek, state of the art technology ) - but visibly more sophisticated than the order cruiser ( cause liberty has more cash )
called it spyglass - cause in the end, libery made this kind of ship - but after loosing one, i guess they can come up with an equivalent at a much smaller size. ( and guard it sufficiently so its not being stolen again )
designwise its supposed to look like what the "next generation" of liberty capital ships might look like. - less conservativly like "ships". they keep the narrow design but turn the axehead to a more abstract shape.
adding just an object + ID card is very simple btw. - doesn t take very much modding - and can be done quickly ( but applying a proper lore / ID card takes more thought )
You may want to wait until Tycho's done with the actual Spyglass model and model it a little more off that. Obviously, both have diverged from that point, but as it stands this looks nothing like the Spyglass that'll be in-game as a Hellfire Legion ship.
Besides, HF has sword-nosed ships copyrighted now. XD

It's on Media Center, therefore - it can look like anything and it's the modelers choice, since this is art thread.
Sure, Luis. It can always look like anything the modeler wants it to. But Jinx was actively talking about putting it in the mod and calling it a Spyglass, so I'll actively talk right back about it not looking anything like the Spyglass that's going in-game all I want. kthxbai.
Regardless. Honestly, I see more of a similarity to the Dragon Cruiser/Yacht hybrid than anything in the general design. Engines're kinda funky, but fairly well-done. Whole thing is nicely streamlined and such.
