Here is another entry. It is a tad simple, but I can make the asteroids be sucked into the black hole, so the left part of the image would be a tad more busy. Other than that, it is pretty empty, like you wanted.

Huner:

1. Background needs more depth and color. Make it more vivid and sharper.
2. The letters are too flat and simple. You might want to change the foloring. May be add a thin border, some glow or other effect.
3. The Mordok is almost invisible.
4. The abstract cloud/nebula is also invisible. Maybe you can change the contrast.
5. The Reinland cruiser could be sharpened in the front. This will give it some volue/perspective feeling.
