I am not using Valeri's language and behavior to avoid doing anything. What I am using is his refusal to do his job. The difference between the Elusive One and the Joker is that I do in fact know the Joker. I explained to him personally why he is no longer welcome at Rochester. While I have heard of the Elusive One, I honestly have no idea who he is. Valeri claims he is a wanted criminal. He has refused despite repeated requests to provide any documentation of this. It is not now, nor has it even been my responsibility to keep track of Liberty's criminal registry. Simply provide me the documentation of the man's criminal status and I will comply with your request immediately. Believe it or not, I do believe in due process of law. I just have neither the time nor the desire to go pouring over your records to find the charges that have been filed against someone. It's not that hard to include that with your report to me.

Lieutenant Commander Valeri's first piece of evidence clearly shows the stance of the Liberty Navy regarding the Ellusive One, and his second shows fire being traded. If this isn't evidence of his criminal status, I don't know what is.

Actually it shows me that he said it over his comms. It does not show me the mans status. I can testify from my own experience that I have been fired upon unjustly by the Liberty Navy. I have provided evidence of other such incidents to Admiral Hale. Since we can both see how hot-tempered Valeri is, this really doesn't prove anything. It shows me that he was shooting at a freelancer. Is this due process of law?

[color=#FF7700]If the man has been caught shooting Fleet Admiral Hale straight in the face and actively assisting The Joker on multiple occasions. I think that's enough to warrant ones unlawful status. It was based on that we opened fire and it was based on that we had declared him hostile.
Do you really want the Fleet Admiral to confirm this?

But please continue your foot-dragging. Every time you wanna keep defending these scumbags from using your bases as safe hide-outs only to come out the next day and perform piracy or whatever again, is the time you will end up on the same side of the law.

Just thought I'd give a bit of clarification here. That individual reported is a known criminal and a wanted man. He frequently attempts to 'sell' civilian pilots he's 'captured', as well as multiple counts of piracy and, frankly, random attacks.
He often sides with The Joker and various other wannabe terrorists.
However, I too am far too exhausted by this whole situation to shout. The issue comes down to whether or not you wish to shelter people who are wanted by the Republic of Liberty on your bases. To do so does have repercussions as I'm sure you're aware. I'm also aware that there are repercussions for you denying individuals like this 'The Elusive One' docking rights, which is that you upset them. However, you might perhaps want to restate to the pirate population of Liberty that them endangering your extremely precarious position in Liberty isn't acceptable.

Admiral, I really don't care about upsetting someone like the Elusive One, I don't even know him. If he is bringing trouble to my base then he needs to go. I know you are able to verify that the request that came in after Valeri's has already been processed. I don't mind doing it, it makes things better for all of us. As I said however, I do believe in due process of law. You and I both know that there have been enough incidents of naval vessels not acting properly. An officer shouting over comms that this man is wanted is enough for me to tell him to get lost but not enough for me to take serious action. I take station bans VERY seriously as it is a serious action. All I am asking is that if evidence of a crime cannot be submitted we are at least given some sort of documentation that Liberty has declared the man a criminal. Is that really asking too much?
Considering you do not wish to respect our humble request for a no fire zone around our base. Why would we respect your request in regards to another pilot? You may not feel that it is important or enforceable but the simple fact is to fire in such close proximity to our base is bad for business. Business being our highest priority and these pilots have ships that need repair or they trade their wares with us. Without proper evidence to back up your claim only furthers the theory that you do not respect our right to do business here. We have been compliant above and beyond normal expectations with the understanding our rights are respected. If this cannot be achieved then perhaps we need to consider other protective measures to allow for secure business transactions.
1. Please do not engage ships within our no fire zone of 5k around Rochester.
*If a ship is being pursued and enters the no fire zone while fleeing that ship can be fired upon.
2. If a pilot is using our bases as a staging point for pirate operations or assassination attempts we need to see evidence that clearly supports the accusation.

Dear esteemed juror, judge and would be executioner.
It would seem that Navy intelligence is not as it once was. In fact, one can but wonder how they survive with such....how to say.... absence of intelligence *ahem*.
Your "evidence" seems to be lacking in relevant facts. So here is my side of the story, in brief, to clear my good name:
My squadron engaged with the navy and their accomplices. I lost all my wingmen. So I naturally performed a tactical retreat, from beyond Manhattan to the debris field of Rochester, with the intention of jumping to Colorado (Might I add, a rather slow process since I was being chased by half of NY, Disrupted and on thrusters the entire way).
Upon my arrival to the debris field, the mighty Gryphons came to my aid. (May I add my gratitude once again to them). I could not leave them to die whilst I ran. So I re-engaged my pursuers. My already crippled ship did not hold out much further, so I fell back to the JH. Taking fire the entire way from the ship "zodiac". I then Jumped to Colorado, to further pursuit, but eventually escaped.
At no point did I dock. Nor did I intentionally involve any Junkers in the battle.

I'll admit when I make a mistake. I'm not exactly in the best mood lately from what I've had to deal with from the navy. The evidence sent to me and the complaint made it seem like you were attacking a freighter outside of Rochester, but on closer look I can see clearly that your ship did not fire. All I can see that you did is flee and escape NY. This really doesn't involve Junkers at all and someone is wasting my time.
Let me just remind you that this channel is for reporting incidents to me not arguing them. Please keep these discussions off this channel in the future. I'll be addressing this elsewhere soon.
