As far as I know, the 80 year war was actually Rheinland (not Nomad controlled Rheinland) against the GMG. I beleive the first time the Nomads showed up was during the SP campaign.

Yes, the nomads arrived when a Rheinland expedition found some still-active alien artifacts on planet Pygar-Omicron Theta. Apparently, that attracted the previously-dormant nomads' attention and switched the whole infiltration machine on. first Rheinland, then Kusari (Guv' Tekagi), lastly, Liberty - delayed by Shultzky's "Departyre". Bretonia apparently remained unaffected.

The 80-year war is a very interesting period in Sirius history. Rheinland was an empire - like Germany before WW1 - agressively expanding. It is possible, that this war attracted nomad attention to that house as the most war-fit.

Okay, it's known that Bounty Hunters originated out of Texas, but when exactly did Liberty establish Texas and when was the Bounty Hunters Guild created (or have they always been around) ??

I don't think so I rember hearing that it wasn't the first atmept during the SP campaign I think it was Lord Hakera that said it, I guess I just drew conclusions until that came to mind.

300 Shikoku-Tokyo Gate built.
300 Sigma-13 becomes GMG's primary gas production area.
312 A.S. - Freiburg Station constructed.
321 Samura-backed coup d'etat in Kusari overthrows the Hideyoshi dynasty. Fleeing loyal royal guards found the Blood Dragons
330 GMG signs exclusive agreement with Samura for distribution of H-Fuel. Aomori Station, already serving as an equipment depot for Honshu miners working the lucrative oceans of gas in the Crow Nebula, becomes primary point of contact between GMG and Samura.
350 Samura constructs, the Osaka Storage Facility.
350 Deshima Station constructed to house itinerant foreigners, influenced partially by the strict New Tokyo entry requirements.
376 A.S. - Jump gate to Omega-11 constructed.
400 In an effort to curb overpopulation problems in New Tokyo, Kusari government begins offering huge corporate incentives to relocate operations to Kyushu. Samura decides to invest.
450 A.S. - Harris terraforming initiated.
510 Kishiro selects now-fallow Honshu as the location for its main Optronics manufacturing facility.
521 After the Rheinland-Kusari Embargo; IC loses millions of credits as both Houses nationalize their Trade Lanes. The massive debts that those Houses incurred are wiped away, and the Trade Lanes become theirs. IC begins moving to cargo insurance.
543 A.S. - Great California Drought.
550 GMG's initial survey of Sigma-19. After intense negotiations, the GMG signs an agreement with Kishiro to finance a Jump Gate to the system in exchange for mining rights.
600 Fuchu Prison moved from New Tokyo to Shikoku.
600 A.S. - Collapse of Denver industries, building of Sugarland prison.
602 Shinkaku Station built to provide Samura access to the abundant ammonia, water, and oxygen ice fields present in the system.
603 A.S. - Nago Station constructed by Kishiro.
605 Beginning of the Eighty-Years War between Rheinland and the GMG.
620 Kurile discovered by the GMG. Samura eventually manages to construct a research platform on Kurile as part of an effort to harvest the microorganisms for use as fish food on Junyo -- an incredibly success initiative.
630 The impending collapse of fisheries throughout Kusari in 630 AS motivates the government to begin terraforming Junyo using recently discovered Alien Organisms in order to jump-start the nascent ecology. by 680 AS, the planetary environment had been sufficiently altered to begin wide-scale production of Luxury Foods.
642 Yuyu Matsuda, a young but critically acclaimed poet, publishes "Golden Chrysanthemum in Bloom". Charismatic and well-spoken, Matusda has a considerable following among young Kusari women who find their lives lacking in direction but are reluctant to become married and fulfill their traditional role in Kusari society.
648 Yuyu Matsuda is in the botched assassination attempt of the planetary governor of Kyushu.
650 Jump Gate to Sigma-19 is opened; Gas Miner Ogashawa stationed in the system by the GMG and begins full-scale operations.
668 GMG decisively defeats the Rheinland Imperial Navy at the Battle of Yanagi Cloud.
698 A.S. - DSE headquaters move to Pittsburgh.
620-700 A.S. (approximately) - 80-Year War between Rheinland and GMG.
700 A.S. - Red Hessians become known as Daumann opposition.
702 A.S. - Popular Revolution in Rheinland
710 An amendment in the Sirius Commerce Pact in 710 allows IC to establish a base in New Tokyo; Roppongi is built shortly thereafter.
723 Battleship Nagumo constructed.
740 A Kusari ship hauling alien organisms across Tau-31 is attacked by pirates and ventures far off course. A hull breach kills the crew, and the ship drifts into the gravitational field of Harris. The organisms not only survive the impact, they flourish in the frigid, oxygen-deficient environment of the planet's surface.
752 A.S. - First stage of Planet Ayr terraforming.
784 The Dark Matter Storm arrives in Kepler, 104 years late. Among the major losses in the trade routes between Liberty and Kusari space were the McKinley (Universal), Nikko Maru (Samura), and Kamakura Maru (Samura). The storm destroys the old trade lane through the eastern part of Kepler
800 As Sigma-13 gas clouds near depletion, GMG moves to acquire new gas miners from Kishiro to make low-density mining profitable again.
800 A.S. - Nomad attempt to overtake Sirius is stopped by The Order. SP campaigh is set through 800-801.
802 Asgard Warriors are assembled
803 Phantom Terrorists appear. Asgard Warriors begins war.
805 Asgard Warriors provoke war with the Sirius Federation.
805 A.S. - Yukon shoud've become a museum (but apparently did not).
806 Asgard Warriors and Sirius Federation sign Peace Treaty.
807 Imperial Guard and Asgard Warriors alliance formed.
807 Sirius Federation invades Tau-37, provoking war with the Asgard Warriors.
809 Sirius Federation signs peace treaty with the Asgard Warriors
812 A.S. (probably) - Tensions rising between Bretonia and Kusari.
814 A.S. (probably) - The war has started.
816 A.S. (probably) - Present day (Discovery).
820 A.S. - Year when Harris should've been open for colonization (delayed).

Thats what I've put together....but, Im thinking, the current date should be moved up to around 820...extends the war, I know, but there has been a lot happening, entire wars....since the AW ended its last war with the SF....and perhaps, for the future, some sort of accelerated timeline? Two or 3 disco years for a realtime year?

Oh and 1 more thing - the Yanagi pocket's cleanup should have been finished by now, right? (806 if memory serves)

Same as finishing the Trade lanes in tau 31. They remain unfinished because of the SP. Maybe its the same with those gasses.

It's not gasses... It's the wreckage left by the Rheinland Imperial fleet after the battle in the Yanagi pocked

Gasses according to rumors are being neatly cleaned out by the GMG tho :P
