Freelancer ID cannot pirate. Sanctionable offense.
Freelancer IFF, with a Pirate ID CAN pirate. Those are the guys, though, that have criminal records that show up in the neural net database (which is what I tell them) and shoot at them anyway, when they don't leave Liberty.

How to prevent abuse from Liberty Navy players? Well, the Liberty Navy players must follow their ID and behave like that, if for an instance, someone in the LN starts killing "innocents" because he's a crazy little bastar', then people need to screen that, and report it to the administrators.
These are things that require maturity from both sides, no one is saying that those unlawful freelancers must admit they're guilties, not at all, they can play the innocent card all they want, but complaining after being killed about why he was shot? That's wrong.
