go ahead and brainstorm something for it. the current arrastra / mafic ( previous higaaran heavy frigate or something ) is nothing but a placeholder. although being quite unique in its strange design - it was a "last minute" efford 2 versions ago - and then it just never made the list of priorities.

quality-wise it needs a revision. Lore-wise it does, too ( as in design ) - not sure about the balance and combat performance, cause the short but wide and flat thing is - from what i know - acceptable in pvp ( compared to other huge SHF like the spatial ( larger than a GB ) or the osprey ( well - that one actually does fairly well in pvp provided you slab a cau7 on it and a missile launcher - but those are rumored to be nerfed severely )

other than that - i think your mini-hegemon would rather do a very nice Spatial ( which is supposed to be a poor mans explorer craft ) than an arrastra - although it fits that role, too - considering the hegemon is the big miner and arrastra is the small one - so i realize i am just babbling away anyway... .
