I would like to ask the Republic of Liberty for the Public Trial. I am hereby swear to tell the truth, nothing but the truth and only the truth. I have all the evidence of me being mistreated and misjudged by individuals of LN an LPI. Thrown penalties are unjustified and way too harsh, a lot of evidence are based on hearsay or made up.
My reputation appears to be magically altered by "powers from above" when there was no final verdict of my guilt, I was not put on any list of wanted criminal of Liberty. Let us come together in an unbiased court room, where there will be order and justice. Please let me know when is the court date, so I can start preparing my materials.

I can see the your pretty confident of yourself. Communications about you and your 'conduct' have been flowing around. To be honest, your refusal to pay the fine that the LPI proposed is sad. Although you learned some manners there, you went back to your name-calling in the end. I am surprised that you didn't pay the simple fine for obstructing justice. A public trial will do nothing be hurt your image even more.

Can't have a trial unless you're willing to turn yourself over to the authorities. If you're willing to turn yourself and your ship over to the Liberty authorities, then the trial will begin.
Until that happens, the arrest warrant is still active and officers have permission to use lethal force if you aren't willing to comply with their orders.

The Admiral is quite correct. In order for you to have your day in court you must submit yourself to the will of the court, accept the verdict this court passes down, and ensure that your lawyer is prepared, willing, and able to defend you adequately.

I came to NY system looking for LPI person, instead I found two detectives, one being an independent and the other one was..uhm..Devon or something like that. Well, I told him why I am here for and he was clueless as of what is going on. He proceeded to be very, how do you I it, unfriendly or even unprofessional towards me. He didn't know why I was there and what is my purpose, so he became hostile because I didn't cut my engines. Needless to say that I am attacked by everything in NY system at the momment, so If I stop moving I will die. At that time there were 1 or 2 Avengers on me and i think a Trade Lane gate was taking shots at me, I wasn't sure. In any case, the officer displayed his hostile intentions to me from the beginning, then he manipulated situation to a degree where I, AGAIN, did not follow his orders and disobeyed. All in all I had to run away from him, although he engaged me, I did not shoot back, I just ran away. I went to the Texas system, wanting to dock with Huntsville, take a picture of me there and post it here, but I got a picture of that station being hostile to me, so I am in the next System over waiting for the trial date.
As I said, I want a trial and from this experience, which just happened, I will turn myself into a hand of an educated, well rounded LPI officer who knows and aware of the ongoing situation.
If you require proof of me being in NY system or Detective Devon having hostile attitude towards me from the beginning I am ready to present it.
In any case, Zodiac is stationed on the nearest friendly base and waiting for your decision.

And here's the memo where I can see Zodiac wishing to surrender himself, however...
First off: Those were rookie fighters, nearly harmless.
Second off: When a cop, or any man or woman of the law tells you to jump, you should be asking "How high?"
Now do you see why I shot at you? You refused to cut your engines, and you continually fled from me. You flying around made me think that you were going to attempt to escape, and I was right. You did escape, however, but now that gives me another reason to arrest you. I've got a transmission log of the whole incident, if you want to see it, tell me.
Manipulating the situation? Cut it with that nonsense. You think because I haven't gotten the memo that you wanted a trial, that I was out to kill you? Let me tell you something: I'm only human, and me not getting the memo in time for my patrol was just bad luck. Yet you still ran from me, and disobeyed my orders. I even told you, that if you ran I was going to engage. Now that I've received the memo, I'm sure that I can believe what you're saying, but you being a fugitive in Liberty without an officer having knowledge of your surrendering, then I guess I was only doing my job.

Every officer should go through a briefing BEFORE the get on duty. That is a very good point. Thank you. You need to watch your language, OFFICER. With that attitude you are not going to get anywhere. It seems like you have either of two syndromes: 1. A short man or 2. A small man. I hope not both.

I will answer upfront. You see an insult in anything I write. Officer, if I wanted to insult you, i would've done so in a such manner that it would be obvious.
