Cruise not draining

For some reason, my energy isn't draining when I cruise.

I'd appreciate some help with this, thanks. I don't want to be accused of cheating by others.

Ever wonder why they make the rule write-down ambiguous, self contradicting, open to interpretation, and dont simply make cruising to catch up, botpassing, and shiledrunning impossible by mod-programming?

Cause they wanna do it themselves and post some you-are-evil post on the forum when their oponnent does it.

It wasn't working right. I was in a fighter in Omicron Gamma in the nomad area and I would have to come to a halt for about 3 seconds before my energy would refill, and when your fighting nomads in a fighter, not moving is really bad.

yup, it was ether cruise drains power and make thrusters unusable, or go back to normal.
i'm pretty thankful it didn't last, fighters without thrusters are useless.
