Great fun fighting or RPing with you guys, almost always. Just one thing, are the SCRA allowed to ally with a [HF] to shoot down Liberty Navy? Was fighting a [HF], and out of nowhere a SCRA odin shows up and starts pewing.

HF hate Pinko-commies. I am pretty sure of that, allying is out of the question.

Well then I would like to know why that SCRA asked if that [HF] needed help, and of course the HF said yes. Just a little problemo, since that fighter had it under control.
Actually, Last I knew the HF were trying to overthrow the Liberty Navy and it's puppet government in Liberty as well.
That being said, a brief alliance of convenience would certainly be in order to vanquish a shared foe.
That does NOT mean there will be Typhoons docking on Leniex (sp?) or an SCRA Spyglass (though how cool would that be?). It means you have the bad luck to be stumbled upon in the midst of the fight. Time to move on.
I don't know full detail of the situation, but I would just like to note that the proper procedure for a Hellfire Legion pilot in this circumstance would have been to shoot both. Perferably by letting the SCRA pilot do most of the work, and draining said pilot at the same time if possible, then finishing them off once the Navy ship went down.
Please PM me with the name of the [HF] pilot in question. I'll have a chat with them and find out their side of the story.
Characters Alan Markson: The Hellfire Legion's Lord Commander The Perihelion: Freeport Four's guardian, and yet much more. Missing and assumed Lost with all hands. Eric Dresmund: Junker, smuggler, thief. Last seen drunk on Beaumont Vayrn Wyard: IMG Recon pilot turned Neo-Terran Captain. Last location unknown
So, let me describe the situation. Two TF7 were engaged against 3 XA's..
Which received all of them, i think, the pointy end of a SNAC. A TF7|Something.Anders i think did that great part and i kudos the guy for his aim.
As i arrived to the scene when the bomber was being engaged by the last XA, (which got poofed not two minutes after), i got stuck with a good aim bomber in my front and a nagging Guardian on my back.
And i had was 4 Hellflurry's for damage. Since i packed Debs and TCD/Screamers combo.
Yup, no one's fault i was packing a anti-cap build, and it was my fault i was there in the middle of that pickle.
Well, i didn't called for the SCRA in question, i didn't shared comms, he just showed up and asked if i needed help.
Which i thought for two seconds, estimating the time i would take to bring a bomber and a fighter alone with only 4 Hellflurry's for damage with my average'ish aim, and i said yes, since the danger of being there stuck for more than half an hour and to face even more problems (don't forget it's Liberty and lawful reinforcements (indies or officials) can be extra quick) was real. After the fight, me and the commie nodded at each other and we set out for our own diferent ways.
Since inRP i felt i couldn't just shot the guy that helped me to shoot down another two pieces of the puppet government in Liberty and if i faced the guy in a fight in the future i would have no qualms shooting him, since in my eyes, departing like that just set out the debt.
Any more problems? Because... Shooting 'them Navy boys' is more important at the moment than shooting 'Commies' in Meallan's book.
Ok then I see your point, and now that I think about it, it seemed a bit different on my end, being unable to dodge in my bomber was a bit of a problem. Although to me, we were plenty far off the beating path, and finding the fight without someone telling him where seems to be a longshot at most. And you were doing alright in reality, you wouldn't need help. I can't hit sabres.
