Got awfull loss percentage in recent days... And I realy doubt its because of my internet.... Can download a movie in less than 8 minutes ....

Couldnt it be problem with server or sumthin?

Have you tried using WinMTR to figure out where the issue is? That's probably your best bet for trying to resolve this - there isn't much you can do before the issue has been located. Just follow the instructions there, and paste the result here. We'll see if we can't figure out something from the results.

My ping/lag has been randomly & unpredictably leaping from acceptable to ridiculous for the past months as well. I've given up trying to figure out the reason for such.

Don't know why, but I get lag to...Mainly in fights though...Every fight it seems to got to 4-20% lag.

I recently got my internet upgraded so I don't thinks it's 100% my internet, but, who knows?
