Captain, while it was Commander Porter my second in command who was commanding the Yellowstone, she is currently still at Manhattan Medical, thus I will take her place here. I have to say that long list of charges you present are impressive however I question how well thought out they are. Lets go through the list...

1. Disobeying the orders of a superior officer, if you could clarify please, however I believe it may have to do with removing the experimental weaponry? This is a key part of our research, you have access to Zone 21, you must have SOME idea of what is going on. The order of a simple captain isn't enough to set a project back years.

2-Treason? In no way did Commander Porter nor any of her crew commit any form of treason, please state where you believe she did such a thing.

3- Dereliction of Duty, again, same as the treason charge.

4- willful disobedience? I'm not even sure what you mean by this one... Perhaps when the Yellowstone refused to acknowledge your orders to stop or be destroyed when it was on a top secret mission?

5- possession of alien technology, I highly suggest you read over the files on what goes on in Zone 21, it would seem you are uninformed of exactly what goes on.

6- Obviously since our project headquarters is on Juneau, we'd have access.

7- I again am unsure of what incident you are speaking of however, if it is about the removal of the experimental technology, you have to realize it takes more then just one uninformed Captain to over throw years worth of research and development. In this case the subject was brought up before Admiral Garner, the director of Valhalla, and he decided to simply ignore your orders.

Captain Gafwmn, it would seem you might be slightly confused, if not mis-informed regarding Zone 21. I think it might be best for everyone involved for you to drop the charges, if not Admiral Garner and myself are well prepared to fight for Valhalla Project should a court marshal be demanded by High command.

Mr Copperfield, I agree completely, there is a huge problem with Zone 21 security which must be addressed.

Good day.

A couple of days ago, New York was invaded by Phantoms, and Terrorists. The first who arrived in the system, were [Phantom]Hellbound and [Phantom]Heartless.

Hellbound's ship was an Osiris. How he managed to get it into New York without detection is above me.
Heartless had a Catamaran bomber.

When I launched into space, I was greated by Vice Admiral Simon Marshall, about the LNS-Indenpendence. We had gathered a rather large group of Navy pilots.

VA Marshall then informed me of the Phantom threat in the system. So, we formed on the Independence, and we moved out to West Point.

On arriving at West Point, we caught one of the Phantoms on long range scanners, but not enough to get a good lock.

The target seems to be heading away from us, toward the California gate. I took the lane, and left it when I reached the position of the Phantom. I fired CDs, but they missed.

I soon picked up another Phantom in range. This one was an Osiris.



I then moved and engaged the Bomber, with the Independence and several other people behind me.

A long fight ensued, and both the Osiris and Independance were badly damaged. However, the Independance held her ground, and the Osiris was destroyed.



The Independance was too badly damaged to pursue the fleeing Phantom in the bomber, so she returned to Norfolk for repairs.

A long chased ensued, but the Phantom managed to escape into Rochester.



The Independence then relayed to us that 2 new hostiles were in the system. The Necrosis, and PSI.Borg.

I was then en route to engage them, but, as I passed the Missouri, the Independence made mincemeat out of them.





Once again, the Liberty Navy has prevailed over the terrorists.

Sirs,

Today was an interesting day.

A pilot named LR-Wolffe decided to cause trouble, and I, joined by several other Independant pilots gave chase. We followed him through the badlands, where he entered a strange rock base, obviously Rogue.

I decided to withdraw our forces, as we were taking heavy fire from enemy turrets, and once we did, the fool undocked and headed towards a nearby jump hole.

What he didn't realise is that I was next to it.

I proceeded to fire my Mini Razor and took down his shields in one shot, then proceeded to destroy him.

I attempted to tractor in his escape pod for interrogation, but he was rescued by his scum brethren before I could do so.

I have entered the co-ordinates of this strange base into my report, and forwaded it to the Virginia system, so that a discovery team can chart this base.

Today was an dark day for Liberty.

While enforcing the Rhineland-Liberty trade embargo, there came upon us a Bounty Hunter Battlecruiser.
Nomad weaponry was visible on his ship. Checking the database, it was found he did not possess a license to carry this weaponry and was asked to either pay for the license or disarm and drop his weapons. When he did not comply, a standoff emerged. Soon he began to flee and we opened fire. Returning our fire, he quickly destroyed several LN vessels, my ship being one of them. Unfortunately, the other half of the LN fleet was preoccupied with a Lane Hacker fleet in NY, and with our forces spread thin, we lost both battles.

Greetings. Today was a very eventful day.

Many of the new recruits were present, and, they got a rather distasteful first day, though I hope it doesn't discourage them.

It started as a routine patrol in New York. I suddenly found a Lane Hacker by the name of Moerae. I proceeded to engage him, and shortly after, during the fight, Mike Ypsilantis joined me. During the course of the fight, a Xeno, by the name of ~Spear~ joined in as well, intent on killing us.

Shad Winston then joined us, as did an independant Navy Gunboat, and several of our recruits. As our recruits entered the combat scene, they were almost immediately destroyed by the Xeno.

10 minutes into the fight, I was still going strong, as was Shad Winston. But, that's when things got worse. Sub Lieutenant Seth Karlo came on the scene with his gunboat, and, we still had a hard time taking them down. =LSF=Internity joined us as well. HF Jason Moore arrived on the scene and engaged also. At around that time, Lane Hacker "Moerae" started running away.

Another 10 minutes into the fight, I was weakening, with only 3 Flashpoints left, and the rest gone. That's when I picked up a large distortion pulse on my screen.

All of us were going "Oh crap..." at the sight of it...

There were to HF Battleships. An Outcast Dreadnaught, and the Lane Hacker Spyglass Battleship.

We were doomed.

We kept trying to fight off the fighters, Internity and I, but, it was no use. The Battleships swallowed me up, and I ejected.

Internity was a bit more lucky and escaped. This is something the Liberty Navy needs tending to. We need more Battleships available at any given time. At times, the Admirals and Vice Admirals are not able to launch, especially at the most needed times.

With all that said, I conclude my report.

This is Agent Internity I`m in one piece I can say there was a real nightmare. They all took us all by surprise
One bounty hunter died while he was trying to give us a hand.
My fighter is badly damaged I`ll have to repair it at the first station if I manage to get there.
There were no LNS Battleships to assist us was incredible.
As Valence Harper mentioned about the battleships I could have called for backup a good old friend of mine, Mark Dallas the Captain of the newest LNS Dreadnought , the Ithaca but the Liberty Navy high command don't allow him right now to leave the testing area.

Oh god noooo life support is 40% I have to close the connection now or I`ll lose much energy.

Joe sits in his quarters aboard battleship missouri and starring at his notepad.
He is tyred after a long patrol this day.
He looks up when a squadronmember comes in his room and hands over a cup of coffee.

Today I was at first aboard the LNT Hidalgos-Fate, I had my personal fighter docked and did an inspection.
During the inspection we got a call from off. Render he needed assistance near the old ithaca station.
Whe responded immedeatly and headed that way.
On arrival we found off Render fighting rogue pilot Nick walker.
The ships gunners opend fire immedetleay and hitted him he ran into the badlands were we lost his track.

Than there was the moerae incident.
After returning in my fighter too commence my dutys I ran in this guy again.
Earlier this day he shot on one of oure guys we hunted him but he ran the whole day.
Later these patrol I ran in him again and he opend fire.
On arrival of backup he started hacking oure target computers so we couldnt get a clean shot on him.
Off Ypsilantis was backing me up so the hacker had too dodge all the time.
As i can remmember correctly he shot down a bountyhunter who helped us.
After a long fight he flee too conneticut system.


Also I would report this cruiser captain not worthy command.
He opend fire on me after saying I was a hacker.
I tried too convince him that iam a navysailor by sending my IFF code.
He refused it and continued firing on me.

Also 1 strange incident occurred:

Never saw this faction in NY but he didnt look that friendly.
He was doing a weaponsdeal with a junker.
