I tried to talk to him to tell me why, but he did not want to stop to shoot.
In the meantime smuggler came I think...
And asked me do I need help.
I refuse.
I wanted to try one more time to solve the situation peacefully...
But when I turned around I saw that the miner has already started shooting at him...
So I immediately said shoot. Pic3 Then one Mandalorian shows up, and ask do I need assistance.
I said yes.
But unfortunately did not know what happened and he destroyed smuggler. Pic4 I've managed to destroy that miner. Pic5
A very boring patrol, thaank the Heavens. Performed escort for USI-Chicago and had a few rounds in the combat sim versus a fellow pilot, Rock.Star. I need more practice, to say the least. Oh, I was fortunate to run across a friend who found an interesting bit of technology. I have forwared it too our Armoury in Virginia.

Adding after Sub-Lt Tippman's report, I went for another round of patrol in Manhattan. Upon entering Fort Bush area, my electrical systems went off but luckily my emergency power supply kicked up. After a few minutes, I was able to recover all systems and immediately found a Rogue and a Joker Thug attacking a civilian. They managed to destroy the Civilian. They Rogue tried to flee but I CD'ed him and immediately engaged. Sadly though, my ship was disabled and I was forced to eject. A few TF7 pilots showed up prior to my destruction and engaged the hostiles. From my pod, I'm seeing them to be handling the pirates well. I'm in Fort Bush now awaiting medical checkup clearance.
I was unable to retrieve the guncam black box.
Side note:
Before all that and the training, I wish to make note of a PT in Manhattan. I told him to change his ship. To which he complied, but I think he isn't going to change that ship.
A brief report on patrol activities:
On departing from Moorhead, with my refitted Avenger, I reported to Virginia for combat training with Mr Beumont. Suffice to say I had my ship handed to me.
Headed out to New York for a patrol, I was joined by one of our newer secondary fleet pilots, Patrol-Blue-3. No rest though; on making the rendezvous at Newark we picked up a contact on long range scanners. A Combat Service Freighter 'Rosenlut' making a run at the Zone 21 field. We moved to intercept, with Blue-3 attempting to close to Disruptor range.

The craft ignored repeated orders to halt and we pursued through the jumpgate. We followed Rosenlut along the trans-Alaska corridor for about twenty clicks before she/he finally complied with orders. I then escorted it back to the Jumpgate, before the Freighter tried to run.

We caught her just after she jumped out of the system, deeper in the Omicrons. The vessel was then disrupted and destroyed by Blue-3. We were unable to locate the escape pod. All praise to the pilot, he remained calm and considerably accurate.
After jumping back to New York to resume my patrol, with Blue-3 waiting for clearence to jump, we hit another ship attempting to breach Zone 21: Research.Drone. Unfortunately; I was unaware of the KoS order having been issued. The craft claimed that it was seeking refuge from Order and Nomad forces.
'Research.Drone'
Considering the trip across Alaskan space; I judged that Blue-3 and myself lacked sufficient resources for an engagement with an A.I vessel. We convinced the vessel to return to Junea shipyard on the proviso that we offer protection from aforementioned hostiles, such an arrangment also preventing it from returning to Liberty space proper. Halfway to the shipyard I was attacked by Nomad forces and separated from the patrol.
The starboard fuel tank was breached; resulting in insufficient range to return to New York, I set course instead for Fairbanks. Due to the unreliability of communications in such space, I don't know whether the Drone and Blue-3 made it. However; I'm confident from what I've seen that Blue-3 pulled through.
Latest patrol was more intense than my milk run yesterday. I started in Virginia testing new equipment and then headed back to New York. Upon jump completion, Miss Belle informed me that long range scanners, and comms, had picked up Research.Drone within New York. I was under the impression it was under a KOS warrant and made all of New York aware of fact. Despite a minor interchange of data about its innocence I confirmed the KOS warrant and proceeded to S&D pattern Delta5.
The AI was a crafty bugger, through miss direction and false signals it took the combined efforts of three LN vessels to pin it down outside Manhattan. Though computer records credit me with the kill it would not have happened without my fellow officers Kelly and Crawler. Please make note of their equal help in removing the AI from New York system.
Following the event with the AI, our wing also intercepted a pirate GB and, before that, a Xeno fighter. The GB went down under our combined fire and Kelly took out the Xeno in Colorado.

I undocked for a call to battle in Texas, we faced a Order battlegroup and a Rheinland Cruiser. I arrived with just enough time to help clean up and killed every single hostile. Later I was called to attend a fleet-wide training session today at Virginia led by Captain Zanders. We did one on one sparring and a gunboat vs fighters test, which we did quite well.
However in the middle of our training we received an SoS from a secondary Fleet member that there was a Rheinland fleet in New York! Our Home.
Captain Zanders ordered a halt to the training and our whole force flew to New York to Counter the threat and sure enough there was 2 Rheinland Battleships sitting in bombarding positions near Norfolk. Wasting No time, our forces quickly engaged. The Battleships tried to flee, but I managed to halt both of them. Our bombers and combined cruiser firepower made short work of the first RNC. The other Battleship tried to run, but did not make it far as Captain Zanders handled the battleship by himself until the rest of the LN forces arrived. After we caught up to Zanders, we quickly killed the battleship and returned back to Virginia to finish our training.
It ended up that my group, myself, andy Doggett, and Matt Smith did very well and worked great as a team for the GB vs fighter test.
I went out to find that our peeps were embroiled in a search and destroy mission of a Togo Wilde Kusari Battleship in New York. My communications consoles was experiencing a slight malfunction to which I waited a long time before I could connect to the secure communications group. The ship designated Mandate.of.Heaven escaped to Ontario where two pilots were conducting training sessions. We immediately sealed off the system.
Upon entering Ontario from California JG, I was contacted by a freelancer, Midnight.Roar, to which she immediately stated the coordinates. With her help and along with a Bounty Hunter, they were able to follow the ship but without sufficient ships we weren't able to chase it. After a few mins of waiting, Vice Admiral ordered Captain Zanders, and Lt Will to follow him to head for the location of the ship. The Bounty Hunter reported the ship to have stalled. After awhile, Vice Admiral lost comms with us and Captain Zanders called off the hunt. I stayed for awhile to try to find the ship but alas it was nowhere to be found.
I proceeded to Colorado Jump Hole in Ontario and found this: Scans of Cargo
A Zoner carrying Counterfeit Software. He repeatedly tried to engage cruise which I disrupted. Upon refusing for the 5th time, I opened fire and deshielded him but not damaging his hull. Eventually he complied and dropped the cargo. A side note, he also threatened me to "bring" his Juggernaut.
I proceeded to New York via Colorado and found a Hathor Order Gunboat coming in from the Arena System. It took hostages, Liberty Police pilots, and lied about surrending. I was almost caught but thanks to my quick response I managed to avoid getting toasted. I got help from a freelancer named , Isabel.Vazquez, we tried to take down the ship but his dual missiles kept us from damaging it.
After struggling to survive, reinforcements came in the form of: [LN]Maximo.Valeri [LN]Hank.Kapinos [LN]Tia.Whitehall
Being swarmed like angry bees, the Hathor didn't stand a chance against us. He was turned to scrapped in less than 2 minutes.
