This is an urgent request for Rheinland Military assistance. Omega 7 is out of control, a war is about to break out and the military is nowhere to be found. Is it not your job to look out for your citizens? And quite honestly I am a bit concerned that the military actually has to be asked to defend sons and daughters of the Vaterland. Has the war with Liberty consumed so much?
We are under attack by a dissident group of Independent Miner's Guild members. They have claimed Omega 7 as theirs, proclaimed the Rheinland Military has no jurisdiction over them, and resorted to common piracy of Rheinland citizens. And the military still sits by idle ... But now you must reinforce Omega 7, with haste, this group of said "miners" are now openly working with and supplying Red Hessian fighters.
We have seen a few members of the secondary forces in Omega 7, which would be nice, if I did not have to investigate why members of the military are assisting IMG in attacking Kruger. Yes, there was an incident yesterday where a military gunboat allowed multiple ships to destroy a Kruger ship. I will not put forth this pilots name, I do not have sufficient proof to bring a case against him. Not only is the military needed in Omega 7 to protect it's citizens, but it is needed to police it's own members.
Kruger and Daumann are corporations, not militaristic organizations. Our escorts and patrols are there to defend against simple Corsair and Red Hessian raiding parties. Not invasions with Capital Class ships. We pay our corporate taxes and follow the law, your supposed to be on our side. How long can I keep my miners on the straight path, are you aware of how much Hessian propaganda my men hear. My men are proud patriots, but when the Hessians are Kruger's main protection against the Corsairs, somethings wrong.
Your citizens demand a response to this IMG aggression. We will be forwarding a list of ships who have now resorted piracy and war with Kruger under the IMG banner. It is probably not all of them, they gain influence daily. This could turn into a real threat for Rheinland. We will also be forwarding some of our proof. Rumors were rampant at the beginning, but now solid proof is starting to roll in. We are starting to organize it and build a solid case. We have also contacted the IMG|, the most influential group in the guild, and they have denounced these individuals actions and declared them rouge.
Now to be clear, Kruger is asking that the Rheinland Military increase patrols in Omega 7, possibly move a Capital Class ship to keep the peace, and to declare these ships enemies of Rheinland. These ships are criminals and should be treated as such. We await a prompt response.

Daumann Heavy Construction fully supports the declarations from Kruger Minerals. In the last days we have seen an increase in forces of IMG vessels, unfortunately of capital class, and to make it worse, they have been attacking and pirating Kruger vessels. In order to prevent the loss of more Rheinland workers, and also to prevent this group to move further into our fields; Daumann patrols have been ordered to assist Kruger pilots, however we don't have the firepower nor the nunmbers to hold for too long.
We don't have too much evidence, as our pilots usually move in to assist Kruger without wasting time, still we are on the process to collect more.
Our requests are the same as Kruger's, we need the intervention of the military in the area, before these rogues overrun our forces; be it directly by moving in your forces, or indirectly by giving us the military gear to defend it ourselves. Kruger and Daumann are two of the main corporations that fuel Rheinland, and in consequence the Rheinland Military, if we are damaged your power will be damaged soon as well.
The Rheinwehr High Command is already aware of the misconduct of these rogue IMG vessels, as well as the actions of that specific Rheinwehr gunboat, which acted without properly surveying the case. Though the vessel was not under our command, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience.
We will issue a death warrant for the pirates, I do believe we have enough evidence to do so. We will also try to increase our patrols, though most of our in-Rheinland missions target the Omega region first already. However, due to the fact that we have to supervise the entirety of Rheinland, the increasing Corsair activity in the Northeastern sector and of course, the Liberty war, I cannot say we will be able to constantly keep an eye on the region's integrity even if we do our best to succeed.
You mentioned that IMG itself declared these vessels rogue, we would also like to see evidence regarding that, so we can discuss our further steps with the organization's leadership. A carbon copy of the transmissions or the declaration itself will suffice. Furthermore, feel free to keep reporting incidents such as this, so we can adjust our patrols' directives and automated defense system firing protocols.

I thank the Military for the swift response and apologize for my delay. Not long after my transmission was sent, Elbich was actually attacked. These rebels are quite bold, they have attacked Elbich twice now. Of course the station's defenses held, but the rebles were able to disrupt communicaions for some time. Everything is back and running now, and we are trying to reinforce Elbich's weaknesses.
We have now had a full day without any sightings of any of the rebels, we are unsure if they have left or are planning something new. We will not let our guard down just yet. I will be forwarding Kruger's current list of the rebels, I am sure we are missing some but they are quite crafty. This will have to do for now.
Hopefully all these ships will now be considered criminals in Rheinland. Some evidence is concrete, but then some is circumstantial. If any evidence is doubted, there were plenty of witnesses to back up all stories. Credible, law abiding citizens too. Kruger understands the military cannot patrol Omega 7 continually, but as long as you acknowledge us, my men will remain patriots. If anymore intelligence is recovered the military will be updated right away.
And I will be forwarding access to the transmissions between Kruger and IMG where they declare these subjects rebels. It is the very last transmission where they are declared rogue, the rebels even tried to plead their case. Only made them look worse. Thank you for your time, and thank the Admiral for his.

Sehr geehrte Herr Albrecht,
That information will be valuable, even if it was obtained with the sacrifice of patriots like your men. Yet I have to say all that data will help us prevent the loss of further lives on the long term.
We will contact the IMG and request their assistance in the matter, with dispatching security ships if possible. We understand that they may be willing to do a lot to preserve our fragile relations and if those ships were indeed never listed as IMG employees, I do not see why they would not be able to lend a hand.
As an addition, could you name a specific time window when the rebels prefer to strike or at least estimate one if their attacks are not entirely random and spontaneous? If the former applies, we could send down heavier pieces of strike craft and dispatch a few of our more skilled pilots from the Liberty front to obliterate these intruders with utmost efficiency. Whenever we sent down regular patrols to the Omegas, these hostiles happened to be absent, they may be specifically dodging our patrols, which is though not necessarily a bad thing, it is only a short-term solution.

We have been trying to analyze the reports to give the military some usable intelligence, but it seems their attacks are not following a pattern. The only pattern we can see, is the pattern of spilling Rheinland blood. They have not been spotted once providing security for miners, nor have they been spotted participating in mining what-so-ever. We are starting to suspect they hide on Freistadt Base until Kruger signals are read and launch raiding parties. And then retreat to the safety of Freistadt, all the while claiming to be against the Independent Miner's Guild. We at Kruger believe that the IMG has lost all control of it's members.
And if that wasn't enough, today Elbich station was attacked by the RHA and IMG rebels. The Red Hessians are now openly supporting these rebels. I was confident Daumann and Kruger could handle a few confused guild members, but with Hessian support I fear the worst. We don't have the firepower nor the manpower, Omega 7 will be overrun. My men are here for escorts and simply security service, trying to earn a living for their families. Now they are fighting for their lives. The military needs to their presence known in Omega 7.
I have no guncams of today's events, it seems all Kruger ships were destroyed along with their guncams. But Kruger and Daumann were there, along with members of the secondary forces. I heard towards the end a member of the primary forces showed up but I do not know how that turned out.
I am asking for what I asked for before, increase in patrols and considering them enemies of Rheinland. Which the military has taken steps toward, and Kruger appreciates that. But now the military must see the urgency that is needed, Omega 7 is a source of many resources for Rheinland, and the source of many jobs. It will only be a matter of time before all of Rheinland is effected.
Kruger will do what they can for now but with limited ship access our effectiveness is severely limited.

What exactly are you proposing, Herr Vorsitzender?
The Rheinland Military is already monitoring the area with all the ships and effort we can provide, sadly our attention is divided between that region, the Liberty war and the heavy Corsair activity in the Northern region, as you are surely aware.
We came to taking down a wing of these terrorists every day or two, last time we even lost a bomber to one of their strike wings. Not only they are numerous, but these rebels also strike with using guerrilla tactics, appearing from nowhere, striking down on unprotected ships and then vanishing to their base. I have to say, there is nothing deploying capital ships, increasing the intensity of patrols (which is already at its maximum) or giving you further weaponry access can do. As you are surely aware, it is also impossible to provide constant surveillance over the region.
We also contacted the IMG leadership, who claim to have taken action against them, still yesterday the rebels were seen using Freistadt as a base. We are now considering to take further steps if that does not cease but both our attention span and resources are already being used to maximum capacity.
However, as I said, we are open to suggestions for alternate actions. Please, we're all ears for a specific request.

We appreciate all the military can do for us, and we don't want to seem spoiled, or that Kruger will not handle it's own operations. But Kruger is in real trouble, and whatever is being done about it right now is not working. Not only on the Military's side, not on IMG|'s side, and admittedly, not on Kruger's side either. Not only can Kruger not participate in a drawn out conflict, we have no defenses against these guerrilla tactics.
I am getting reports of increased RM presence in Omega 7 and that makes me very happy, it gives my men hope, but it seems it is not enough. Right now, Rheinland corporations are being preyed upon by a foreign competitor, and now that foreign competitor is openly working with Rheinland revolutionaries. This is not a minor situation anymore. Omega 7 is being invaded and could very well be lost. Without Omega 7 Kruger would not last very long, and Rheinland would feel the effects immediately.
Kruger does not want the field's to our selves, we worked along side IMG for quite a while before these rebels showed up. Kruger only wants a chance to restore our great corporation to it's former glory. We just want to keep our men employed and keep them safe. Kruger tries to avoid politics, we are simple miners. We prefer to use diplomacy whenever possible, but if diplomacy fails we are ready to take action.
Diplomacy is failing, IMG| claim to be denying docking rights but I have not seen any evidence. I do not think they are actively avoiding the situation, I think it just shows that IMG is no longer a unified guild. Lack of leadership creates disorder and as you can see chaos. What I propose is that until this situation is resolved Rheinland's borders be closed to the IMG as a whole. Temporarily of course, just until these rebels are sorted out. Kruger feels that intersystem pressure could possibly influence all IMG members to take a hard stance on these rebels. This of course would apply to Omega 7 mining fields too.
What would happen if a group of military rebelled and were attacking civilians in Bretononia? Would the Bretonian government be satisfied with the military just denying their docking rights? I think not, but that is just an assumption. If the IMG| cannot control members of their own guild, they have no right being in Rheinland. IMG is working with Hessians to kill Rheinland civilians and Rheinland military. Will we continue to allow them access to our sovereign space?
We would also like to propose that the military authorizes Kruger going to the RFP| and request temporary patrols in Omega 7. Kruger would also request the RFP| treats all IMG in Rheinland as pirates and threats to Rheinland. The IMG should only be allowed in Rheinland when they guarantee ALL their members partake in no unlawful actions against Rheinland or it's citizens.
Now to my final proposal, Kruger does whatever they can to defend the Vaterland when the military is absent but our ships are no match for our new adversaries. Hessian fighters pummel our civilian line, and civilian bombers are being torn apart by the capital ships we are running into. Kruger would like to be directed to who or what office where we can request the use of some military grade ships. Kruger would like to purchase or lease 2 Wraith Very Heavy Fighters and 1 Bergelmir Bomber. We would obviously reimburse the Rheinland Military for the proccessing costs, 5 million credits per ship, totally to 15 million. If accepted, to show our commitment, Kruger will deliver 15,000 units of H-Fuel from Manheim to anywhere the military needs. Of course these units would be free of charge, we want the military to know we support them 100%.
We are aware Rheinland's forces are stetched thin, but Kruger would handle all other costs associated with these ships, we would NEVER use them against another lawful Rheinland Corporation, and would use them always in the defense of the Vaterland. Kruger isn't the only one who needs these ships, Rheinland needs these ships.
All that has been stated is currently between the Rheinland Military High Command and Kruger Command, and nothing will be implemented until the military advises us on their position. We thank you for everything and await your response. And one more thing, I apologize for being quite long winded, I realize how busy the Military is, but I needed to be very clear.

You may have noticed that I switched to high encryption.
What you said regarding the IMG is already in the plans. If we experience no change in the intensity of this IMG "rebellion", we will be blockading Freistadt and denying the organization's access to Rheinland, however there are certain setbacks blocking us from having done so already.
The Independent Miners Guild is the sole supplier of Niobium and a major supplier of Beryllium to Rheinland, so we have to look for something that substitutes the IMG in that regard. We already have plans to involve a third party, we will decide which one it will be when the tussle between the IND and the RFP is resolved.
There is also a more crucial issue. Kruger and the other corporations present in the Omegas are getting attacked by what is a handful of rebels and not even a notable portion of the IMG's influence in the Omegas. Yet, as you admit, they compose a huge enough threat and negative effect on your establishments there already. If we assume a hostile stance against the whole organization, they may decide to stop assisting us, even seemingly and may line up against Rheinland in a full force.
Then you will have to deal with multiple times the pressure you have already and the Military is unable to start another war with an organization this large without additional external support. We have backup plans to handle that too, but we must not make premature decisions, as I hope you understand. The scar of the 80 years war is still on us all.
Of course, all this information is strictly confidential and is in the plans. Leaking something like this would not be beneficial to either of our concerned parties, I hope you understand that you should not disclose any of this transmission to anyone.
