I'm Feenix.Shipping and there was no transfer between myself and plagueFEAR; he was close to me because I was near a trade lane, which he was disrupting. The reason I wasn't killed is that I'd fired up my cruise engines and ran after realising that plagueFEAR had no cruise disruptor installed.

As stated above, I wasn't pirated. I agree, however; that plagueFEAR probably shouldn't have been in Sigma-13 as he did indeed have a Xeno Terrorist ID at the time.
