Haters gunna hate so they can be part of the mob mentality.
Damn, I should write a paper on the psychology of this "community".
Should probably get that Disco Addiction sorted before ya go write some psychological papers about it... now that would be bias.

"Haters gonna hate" only really applies to someone with good qualities and the 'haters' are really just philistines.

I'd be really intertested to know what you have to say about this community, including your own behaviour, from the perspective of Berne's transactional analysis.
What game are you playing, Andrew? I mean, you repeatedly set yourself up to be yelled at, by offering criticism upon everyone else's behaviour, while taking none regarding your own, then proceed to say everyone hates you and quit in an increasingly spectacular fashion... Before returning centre-stage and repeating the cycle, over, and over and over and over, inviting and displaying more intensely antagonistic behaviour with each run around the block.
Why do you set yourself up for this? What is the interaction you're seeking? Because the approach you take at the moment clearly doesn't result in you getting that which you seek... Or maybe it does.
Either way, it must be utterly exhausting for you, since you're the one doing all the work.
