You guys use a silly thing for showing your specs.

They aren't showing their specs. They're showing their Windows Experience Index scores. Which rates their PC in regards to the user's expected Windows Experience.

If you have to use a program to post your hardware spec, you aren't a true nerd. You're a poser trying to look cool in a group of nerds.

Nice rig though, I'm currently bringing the similar rig online (different brands though).

Just got a new PC a few days ago; in no way top of the line, but it works for what I need it for.:P

CPU: Intel i5-2500 Quad Core i5 3.3GHz
RAM: 8GB DDR3 Memory
GFX: Nvidia GeForce GTX560 Ti

HDD is barely worth mentioning, only a cheap 500gb, an even cheaper 250gb, and my 2TB EHDD for storage of music/animus/isos/etc

All in a BitFenix Shinobi case; None of those stupid case lights, just a smooth black exterior with the awesome BitFenix logo.

Damn. I got an NZXT Source 210 because I don't like the stupid lights and stuff either. Wish I had got that now. :mellow:

I never understood why anyone would want them...
Unless they're the awesome ones that change colour depending on component temperature.
Or ones that pulse to music. :yahoo:

Following latest mini-upgrade this is what I got:

CPU: Intel Core i7-2600K, slightly overclocked
RAM: 4GB DDR3-2133 G.Skill
GPU: Nvidia GTX480 (MSI)
SSD: 2x Crucial m4 256GB
HDD: WD EARS20 2TB
Display: 2x DELL U2410
Audio: Sound Blaster Titanium HD

Runs Windows 7 pro and Mac OSX Lion. It's a dual-boot hackintosh pretty much.

Some cheap microsoft comfort mouse (feels good in hand, lightweight) and das keyboard ultimate silent which isn't silent at all but mechanical and fantastic for typing and coding (provided you can type blindly, all keys are blank), best keyboard I ever had.

And small development/testing box:

Chassis: Fractal Design Array R2
CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1245
Motherboard: Intel S1200KP (mini-ITX)
RAM: 8GB DDR3 ECC
SSD: Intel 520 120GB

Runs ESXi 5.

Absolutely happy with this setup, everything works snappy, all stable.
