They aren't showing their specs. They're showing their Windows Experience Index scores. Which rates their PC in regards to the user's expected Windows Experience.
If you have to use a program to post your hardware spec, you aren't a true nerd. You're a poser trying to look cool in a group of nerds.

Runs Windows 7 pro and Mac OSX Lion. It's a dual-boot hackintosh pretty much.
Some cheap microsoft comfort mouse (feels good in hand, lightweight) and das keyboard ultimate silent which isn't silent at all but mechanical and fantastic for typing and coding (provided you can type blindly, all keys are blank), best keyboard I ever had.
