Firstly, I thank you for your obvious zeal in serving Bretonia.

Zeal so overwhelming it obviously smothers your common sense.

When asked by me why you were demanding credits from independant traders in the Dublin system, you expressed a lack of understanding of your Letters of Marque which I found infuriating.

Then you expressed your desire to conduct privateering operations in.. New London...

Let me remind you that your Letters of Marque give you licence to hunt the Enemies of Her Majesty (primarily Kusari) and in so doing, aid our war effort.

The Queen has not given you licence to rob in Bretonia ITSELF, save for the rare and unlikely exception such as if you happened to come across a Kishiro or Samura transport in Leeds, for instance.

You fail to understand the purpose of your own Letters of Marque.

If you continue in this persistent misunderstanding, you will be destroyed by Her Majesty's Armed Forces.
