no problems. I know how it is when someone spells not good things about your faction (believe me, I know). just re-look some of your ways to RP. huge ZOI and many tech is not that good faction must to have. Corsairs for example using only their tech as true patriots. they are much more in number and they have abit smaller ZOI then you do.
Anyway, I wish you good luck with your official status. RR are good faction when it comes to RP. But my Corsair will kill your Rorrys anyway :D

Yes, god forbid you have MANY gunboats without a nerf. If you became a large canon faction like SCRA, maybe you'd get your own. However, you shouldn't have access to Order, Rogue, Brigand and so on, all simultaneously. Stick to the regular pirate ship, the Ahoudori. No nerf for you, right?
A nerf of some description must happen should you get your own ID.

You'll always find a few doing as they like, but when it becomes concerted and grouped, that's when it becomes unacceptable.
They've already spoken about getting their own ID. So it is an issue.
Veygaar can solve this by stepping up to the responsibility of balancing his members.
Better we give him the opportunity to, rather than go straight to the Admins/Devs and take their valuable time.
Actually you're thinking wrong, Apoth. If anything other than civilian guns are placed upon any faction tech they're not operating with a 25% cut in power, they're operating with a 43% cut in power. That's huge and just about useless.
ID wise, well there will be nerfs if they get their own ID, but as Zelot stated earlier, it'll be a while.
