' Wrote:Which mods do you guys play?
So far I'm just using OOO, the UOP, and a couple others.
There are several whimsical fun ones, such as
-deadly reflex, which gives you the ability to explode people, do cool finishing moves, fun stuff like that.
-supreme magicka, basically breaks the game in favor of magic.
-Midas Magic, surprisingly creative spells, and lots of em. very fun to mess around with.
extended frostcrag, basically makes your dinky mountain shack into an awesome wizard's spire, also gives a challenge area.
extended whispers of death, this can be done after completing the dark brotherhood, it gives you 4 missions and some goodies to have fun with which are kinda game breaking.
(These are less professional, but fun still, best to be installed and the end of the game after you have done everything.)
For more gameplay related things, I would recommend
-Smarter Mercantile Leveling, basically makes Mercantile not a pain in the ass to level up.
-All+5StatAttributes, this makes leveling a lot easier, makes it so you don't have to have a spreadsheet to plan out leveling. The way it works is instead of giving you a plus to what stat a skill governs, it automatically gives you a +5 to the stat with just one skill increase, rather than +2 for 2-3, +3 for 4-5, etc. May be scoffed at for making the game easier but I find it just saves a lot of hassle.
-Living Economy, this is a fun one, instead of merchants having fixed amounts of gold available, everytime you buy something their amount of gold goes up, and every time you sell something their gold goes down, simulating a pseudo economy.
-Attack and Hide, this one makes it so depending on your sneak level, you can have more than 1 sneak attack chance, if you put this on easy, your stealth character can easily break the game, would not recommend easy.
-Harvest [Flora], this one makes it so that after you have harvested something, the plant loses the part which you harvested, making it look more realistic + allowing you to know which ones you have and have not harvested.
-New Merchant items, this allows some of OOO's more obscure (and harder to get) items to be available at stores for astronomical sums, thankfully, it is leveled to your characters level, so no buying daedric armor at level 1.
-Quest Leveler Award, this one allows quest rewards (The Dark Brotherhood's Black Band as an example) to level with your character, so your level 15 assassin isn't stuck with a ring he got at level 1, but rather the ring he would of gotten if he got the reward at level 15. It simply prevents you avoiding certain quests and guild rewards so you can come back later and get a better version.
-BTMod, this allows you view more things in your inventory, increases view of map, and allows you to see weapon durability on the fly. I like this because it makes looking through my inventory less of a headache.
-No psychic guards, gets rid of the guards which were Orwell's wet dreams, and replaces them with guards who DON'T know about that coin you stole in the middle of the wilderness.
I think I got most of my favorite ones, might have a few more but these should make your Oblivion experience a little better.

Started playing Nehrim. It is an A.W.E.S.O.M.E. total conversion mod with 55 people working seldomly on voice acting.
Voice acting is in german but subtitles etc are all in very good english translation. Graphics are >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Oblivion and so is story and gameplay.
