Welcome to the Daumann Heavy Construction Licensing Office.

You want to mine in our fields? You want to transport ore mined in our fields by a third party? You want to collect bounties or provide miners and traders with escort services in our space? If so, you'€™ll need a DHC license. We hope the following questions and answers will provide you with all the information you need about our licensing office:

Why a license?

Because Daumann's fields are plagued by thieves, pirates, revolutionaries and other unwanted characters. Our patrols have orders to engage anyone from pirates to non-Daumann miners and transporters found in our space and if you meet one of them a DHC license will be the only thing that will allow you to leave in one piece.

What do I get?

Depending on your needs, you can get mining rights, hauling right, transit permits through Daumann space, special permits for research missions and much more. You also get docking rights at our bases.

Who needs a license?

- Any miner or transporter operating in Daumann controlled space
- Any bounty hunter or mercenary wanting to collect bounties for us or for another party while operating in our space.

What areas are to be considered Daumann space?

Omega 11: The entire system of Omega 11 is under Daumann's direct control and administration
Omega 3: The Roth Mining Field '€“ the field surrounding Rugen Station
Omega 7: The Furstenfelde Mining Field '€“ the field south of Briesen Station
Dresden: The Lavafeld Mining Field '€“ the field north of Leipzig Station
Munich: The Chiemsee Mining Field '€“ the field south of Raubling Station

How do I get a license?

Getting a license it'€™s easy, just make a request here. Include your name name, your ship'€™s callsign, your intentions and the areas you are intending to operate in.

In 24 hours or less you will get your Operation license; upon receiving your license you are free to operate in the stated areas. The license works as both a personal ID and a computer expansion card; carry it with you at all times when you are on our bases and have it mounted on your ship when you fly in our space; the card automatically transmits its information when a patrol requests it.

What types of licenses exist?

Bounty Hunter/Mercenary License:
Mercenary licenses are free; after all we will be the ones paying in the long run.

Miner License:
If you do now work for Daumann Heavy Construction but you want to mine in our fields you will need a Miner License.
These are the current rates:
30 days permit = 100.000.000 Sirius Credits
15 days permit = 70.000.000 Sirius Credits
7 days permit = 40.000.000 Sirius Credits

Transporter License:
You will need a Transporter License if you wish to transport ore mined by a third party in our space. The cost of the Transporter License its decided on a case-by-case basis and it depends on your ship type, affiliation and area of operations

Special Licenses:
Special Licenses can be granted for a wide range of activities '€“ excluding the ones already covered by our other licenses: research, exploration, etc The cost of the SpecialLicense its decided on a case-by-case basis and it depends on your activities, ship type, affiliation and area of operations
