You can type in your old code in the new code tab. It should work. I dont know perhaps something screwing up if you have the account saver thingy or using multiple windows accounts as from what i know the freelancer code gets saved in the registry for that user. Could also be antivirus programs from preventing registry being edited or looked at or something?

Only got the one account on my PC, and avast! doesn't interfere with my Freelancer program in any way, never has.
Has windows updated recently? It did that to me a few weeks ago,and i lost 4 of my accounts.I did a restore before the windows update,and they all came back.I also am running win7 pro. I would check that first,as win7 hates freelancer when you re-install it.
