[font=Arial narrow][color=#FFFF66]Seeing that she took the right decision, Faina takes her eyes from the gun and listens carefully to what Lee had to say.
[color=#FFFF00]I think it's hope. Hope for a better future, hope for peace, hope is what makes people do amazing things like starting a revolution.
Faina was still thinking if she should have added another thing but the officer said "the most important". She didn't say anything else.

"Good to hear. But, back to the question.
Revolution. Revolution supposed to be used when things are odd and this is a such a big problem so reformation stop having any significant effect. To achieve a success ... well" Sergey stopped for a moment. [color=#FFFF00]Okay, there is some goals that must be really important in process.
Education. Education of yourself and people around about the revolution. All aspects of idea. The goal must be clearly seen by Leader and by the people.
Definition of problem. The problem must be discovered. The Core of that problem. People must know why they are angry. Why the revolution is the only way.
And finally to drive people for actions or even for support you have to show them that the truth is with you. As well as power. Power to achieve said goals. People must know that your not just wasting words, they must know the actions. They need to have an example to follow... He took a deep breath, blood was pulsing in his head. He was hardly trying to find more words, but that seemed to be all.
"Not exactly what I'm looking for, but that'll do. Look, you were honest with me, so I'll be honest with you. I don't think you're Fighter Corps material. That said, I think you deserve a chance to prove me wrong."
He turned towards the door.
"Alicia!"
Alicia came to the door.
"Yes Colonel?"
"Be a dear and give this man the proper paperwork."
"Right away."
He motioned for Sergey to follow Alicia. Before Sergey made it out the door, Rhade said one last thing.

Sergey was going down the corridor after another Coalition officer (as he thought - he was not able to recognize the outfit). It was mentally hard. But he knew it's just a first step in his long way. He was trying to put a smile on his face, but there were no success.
A new day was just beginning....
Ben walked around Yuri, sparing him naught a glance as he took his seat across from the applicant. As he folded his hands on-top of the desk he just stared at Yuri for a moment. Debating internally if this one had what it took to be in the same Fighter Corps that produced Alvin Katz...
Five minutes passed without a word, just staring at Yuri, his face showing absolutely no hint of emotion, his features were neutral to the point even the Zoners would be jealous.
After several more minutes Ben finally spoke, calm and controlled.
"I am Lt.Colonel Ben Warner...Name please." he requested, so far he would be civil...But for how long was in the air...
[font=Arial narrow]The woman continued her idea, adding the points she had in mind.
[color=#FFFF00]Well, a good leader is also necessary. A good leader that's like the rest of the people... better said, from the people.
[color=#FFFF66]She stopped and thought about more factors that are necessary in a revolution. "So, we have a leader, we have hopes, what else should we have? Courage!"
She continued: Also, people that are part of the revolution must be optimistic. Optimism is inspired by the leader. Optimism means courage. Those are the the most important things for a revolution.
