Bonjour, mon amis.
The name is Josephina Lero. I'm a civilian of Champagne and racer in free time. Last few years I've been training in this very much, however, till the date, I had no competitions and races.
Once I visited Languedoc I found information about THIS race championship, so called "Dublin Race Championship".
I want to ask an permission to sign into this competition. In the same time, I could represent The Council to the bigger audiences, since this championship is Sirius-wide. My good old "Moonbeam" starship is already prepared for the race, the only thing I need right now is your agreement.

R.E. : A day at the races...
Salut Mademoiselle Lero, the High Command see's no problem with you entering this competition, we would ask that if you choose to fly Council 'Colours' - that you act in a manner befitting the Liberation Navy - that is to say, that you do not bring the Councils name into disrepute whilst in Sirius.
As you are representing the Council, the General has reminded me to offer to pay the registration fee, so - please respond with an account to which we can transfer the necessary funds.
On behalf of the General and the Liberation Navy, we wish you the best of fortunes during the event and we look forward to hearing the result of the race as soon as you are able.

Bonjour, mon amis.
Thank you for your cooperation, monsieur Cezanne.
However, my ship will keep all civilian configurations, including transmitters and documentation, to make sure that I'll pass Gallic spaces with no harm of royalists. Light fighter without any escort is too weak.
The donation of $650.000 (somehow, I believe, that this fee is risen only to me) will be accepted directly to my account: Josephina.Lero
The word of The Council will be spread. And the victory, which will be achieved won't be personal... it will be victory of all the Council!

Re: The Dublin Races
Bonsoir again, your request has been granted, the General - a race fan himself - told me he personally transferred the funds to your vessel. Unfortunately, the General is not the most...organised.... of individuals when it comes to accounting, so I'll have to hope he did in-fact transfer the fee to the account you provided.

The credits have been received. Merci.
I already stayed in Battleship Hood. I have to admit... since it's the first time when I visit spaces outside Gallia... everything looks very unfamiliar. People here are... various... some strange, some friendly and some of them- non. However, the week of living between Sirians will give me some needed experience.
Au revoir, monsieur Cezanne. I'll try to stay on touch, however, there can be huge message delay because distance.
