Konbanwa honorable members of the Gallic Nation.
I come before you today because the distance between our great houses seems further than what a map would suggest.
As such I feel it is time for us to get to know each other better, for we are neighbors.

We have received word from one of your largest corporations requesting access to the Kusari economic market and feel that this may be of benefit to us all.
This being the case, maybe it is time for a meeting between our groups to work out a compromise that we can all be happy with, to the benefit of us all.

I would like to ask permission for a small Samura delegation to come to the border of Gallia for the purpose of talks.
Either inside your borders where we can be guaranteed safety, or of course we have a station in Tau-29 that has the capacity to act as a host so we may iron out some issues and become the good neighbors we should be.

As an addendum, with your permission I would also like to request entry of your great nation by a single man that works for Samura and is an expert on culture so we may better understand any cultural differences we may have so we may avoid any embarrassing misunderstandings.
He will of course log all his movements with your government as submit to any laws and escorts you wish.
