Further to the above, you're restricted to the RP sections of the forum for 30 days after your ban is complete. Flood, general discussions and other non-RP parts of the forum is off limits during this time, don't post there. (You may post in violation reports)
For the sake of those that read through sanction reports to find out what is and isn't acceptable, this is what I was banned for:

Here I am, posting on behalf of player behind Cmdr. Yamakazi and all the other accounts in question since his posting rights were revoked.
I understand completely that I broke my own sanction and yes, there is without any doubt that I should be punished for breaking it.
However, I would like to make an argument regardless if the situation will not change. This argument is that the places I posted were primarily the Feedback thread of my own two Factions, the SCRA and the Reavers. Both of which according to my position in the Factions, is my job to respond to the Feedback threads. I also posted once or twice in the Server Update in regards to asking questions about new features and how they work, simple knowledge inquiry.
In light of this, I did not once post without a very good reason. However that does not change the fact that I broke my own sanction and as such I expected punishment. This sanction however is essentially another 14 days ban. Personally I feel it is a very harsh ban if you look at what exactly I broke and in what way it was conducted.
I would also like to state that the individual who reported me on both occasions was coaxing me into posting so he could receive the chance of reporting me. The same individual also very recently got banned for similar vindictive behaviour.
Now I will face the consequences of my actions and wait til my due time where I'm allowed to play again. This small minority who wants to win through sanctions will know in due time that I will not provide them with another chance to do this against me. I know that sanctions are meant to make people learn from their mistakes, I have certainly learned from mine.
I ask, formally, as Sina's faction Leader in the SCRA, that the punishment be reduced... not suspended, but reduced.
He posted in Feedback, I know, against instructions. However his reply was courteous, compelling, and answered a concern of an individual that had been angry at the time.
14 days seems a lot, and while I completely respect the charge, I do feel it is mitigated, a little, by the responsibility any HC member of a faction has, to post responses to feedback. It is, after all, part of the senior members of a faction's duties.
I have been asked to state when this ban ends. By my calculation it ends on Saturday, 9 April 2011 at 03:04:00 UTC. Post here after this time to be unbanned from the server. The forum ban should end automatically.
I have been told that the sanction player is concerned that if he posts in his sanction thread to ask this sort of question, his sanction would be increased. This is not the case. It is reasonable for a sanctioned member to ask questions in this thread or by PM.
