My name is Maximus De Castillo, a true born maltan. ive fought in many battles to protect and deffend our nation, killed many of our foe's and kept safe numerous cardamine transports. lately ive been operating in and near bretonia destroying our enemy's,aiding our "allies" and teaching indie outcasts the honourable ways of the outcast. i was wondering if i could do a more significant task for the outcasts down there. with your permission id like to introduce myself as somesort of emisarry for our glorious nation down in the bretonia regions. im probably one of your most loyal outcasts down there even if i say so myself, and im sure i can find several players to support i abide by the outcast rules of RP. i hope you consider my request for somesort of emisarry/diplomat title.
