Sometimes I wish I was board moderator cause I woulda shut this one down hours ago. But I am not so I will ask nicely. As a favor, for my Birthday, please stop flaming to flame. The name calling and threatening is so out of place. And those that have nothing to do with this (myself included) please dont get involved and let the parties who are involved deal with this themselves.
I have an opinion on the issue but I will keep it to myself. You know what they say about opinions dont you?

Something that maybe some of you didn't get is that I WAS open minded and willing to try compromising.
I simply in-game told him to expect further invetigations and left the system to attend my duty elsewhere, as a result I got and answer like the first I already posted: "This ID tells I can fly I bs and I fly one". That doesn't look as an answer of someone willing to compromise, in addition to the arrogance of giving permissions on something that does not belong to him (hiro).
For me they are more than good RP reason to put a KOS and even a cash on his head if he does not downgrade.
I'm not telling he cannot play as KSP or KNF loner, as I already said at arthad even if I dislike (which are my personal flavours..ok?? wants to flame me for that?? I can find another 100 reason for you if you tell me your flavours..what's the deal?) I can't do nothing to stop it, BUT, we were talking about a fighter...there is a little difference..
I have a suggestion for shago. Perhaps you should write a full scale RP story behind that battleship. Its life before the police and why it ended where its is. Kusari is based on Fuedal Japanese history where honor ment everything.
Being an officer of the law would not have been dishonorable, but If a samuri back then got delegated to standing on the streets looking for thieves, it might be safe to assume that he was dishonored and/or PO'ed the Emperor. The same would be true for a grand battleship being given Trade Lane duty. Read some of the Rumours/news on the Matsumoto. Its doing what your are doing, but only because Interspace forced Kusari to put it there.
Just write a good Role Play and you can get away with most ships. How do you imagine I get away with a fleet of Junker ID'd & tagged Prison Liners? You will get challenged but the key is to hold back on insults and allow some lee-way.
We fear this is long past that. We apologize for our aggression earlier, but we were ignored and disregarded, and thought a more direct means of getting attention was in need. To that end, I ask you this:
Why did Shagohad purchase a Police ID instead of simply purchasing a Military ID, as any sane person would? Perhaps there is a legitimate roleplay behind the craft, one that was thought through?
We think there is a much deeper issue here, namely the complete intolerance of the KNF. If you don't allow battleships into the core systems, that disallows a certain type or Roleplay and requires all the independent players to be subservient to the KNF. No matter what anybody says, this is not EvE, we are a small community and the individual player must be taken into account Frankly, We believe Shagohad's RP as a Police Swat team could better be solved by a Kusari Battlecruiser, but as there is no such thing and probably will not be for some time, the Battleship is the next best.
