Later I was patrolling with a John Brown, secondary fleet officer. We tracked down someone known as "Smiley old Pete" who alledgedly kindapped a bowex pilot's fiancee. After some investigation we tracked him down in Pennsylvania, he had slaves on board and after some negotiation he handed them over. But later on (right after the log is accidentally cut) he began... resisting and we were forced to shoot him down. Unfortunately the missing fiancee was not one of the rescued hostages.

Brief report/outline of your patrol: Well. No one can say the LPI isn't full of things to do. Between writing tickets and catching smugglers, I helped repel a Rheinland Invasion. I even helped an LSF Agent pick off a Rheinland Gunboat, with a Navy ship as support.
There was a Pirate Transport that actually paid the fine and left Liberty peacefully. Later on, I caught a Junker Smuggling Blood Diamonds, but he somehow managed to dock on Denver. Hopefully this will be remedied. Afterwards, I was informed of a Rheinland Invasion, and did my part in repelling them.

Brief report/outline of your patrol: Man, if I knew the LPI had it this rough, I'd of joined earlier to give hand. Anyway, we caught a smuggler, but he somehow managed to dock on Manhattan. I recommend revoking the ships docking rights.
Afterwards, I saw a Society vessel sporting a Rogue IFF. I tried fining him for improper identification, but he tried fleeing. I followed, but was ambushed by other Society Vessels. Thankfully, Naval vessels in the area saved my behind. The Liberator may not have a lot of Fire-power, but so far it's kept me good and alive.
Just as another note, I believe I now qualify for a promotion to Officer, at your discretion of course.

Brief report/outline of your patrol: Another day on the beat. I found a Tridente and a Virage hanging out on the lanes. I asked them to leave, but of course they didn't. They thought it was just me though, and engaged. I then called for help and immediately two LPI vessels arrived, along with a Siege Cruiser. The Siege Cruiser was attacked by an AI Core Vessel however, and it was heavily damaged. Luckily, a Naval and USI Bomber arrived, and we took it down.
The Dente got away, and the Virage "surrendered". When we tried taking her to Sugarland though, she made a break for it and we put her down.
Finally, when I was back at Manhattan there was a Trader <strike>who said I was a loud-mouth</strike> who had "broken" lights. He was fined 250,000 and after several threats from him, he finally paid. The fine was transferred to the Leavenworth.

Stops on your patrol/trade route: For all three days: New York, Texas, California, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Illinois. Brief report/outline of your patrol: (ROLEPLAY REPORT: If you're interested just about details, refer to Dates & Evidence! Vladimir Law descended with his Liberator after a tough night on the beat. He landed in the LPI Hangar right next to One Police Plaza. Once landed, he turned off the engines, picked up the empty Starbucks cups and exited the Vessel. He marvelled at the brilliance of the vessel he once didn't really fathom, however now it was perfect. He had bought some Magma-Hammers from the navy weapon supplier on Battleship Gettysburg after getting clearance from the Deputy Chief's of the LPI.
Heading out of the Hangar Bay, Vladimir greeted a friend of his, Lucy, who he used to work with on the Liberty Prosecutions Officer "Hello Lucy long time no see, how are you going these days?". Lucy then replied in a friendly voice "Not too bad Vlad, not too bad! Just getting rid of these criminals and putting them in front of a judge. Well I have to get to Texas but let me know when you're free!!". Seeing her leave Vladimir was happy to have friends like Lucy.
Coming into the Officer's department after being promoted recently by DC Jack Bauer, Vladimir went to his desk and turned on his holo-computer. He had three days of reports to write, and he knew he needed alot of coffee to finish it. He went to grab a coffee and came back, sat down and started his Police report:
_________________________________________________________ Liberty Police Incorporated Report: 21/03/818 A.S
This is Officer Vladimir Law, and I am typing this report as of the 17th hour of this day. This report shall categorise the incidents that occurred, and what was done during the past three days (18, 19, 20) so as to outline the policing efforts of myself and those who were on duty with me. It has been a really hectic couple of days due to the increasing threat faced by officers in Liberty Space from unlawfuls. This is why this report is important, so as to show the operations of LPI-Vladimir.Law[O] in combating this threat.
The first report is for the 18/03/818 A.S.:
This patrol started on LPI-Huntsville, where I was dropping off Liberty Rogue and other criminals that I captured in battles. On leaving, I received a call from the Liberty Navy, under the LNS code, to come assist some rogues that were spotted in the area. In my Liberator I flew to the destination, warned Azure.Gryphon to disengage, and then started to engage the criminal [1][2][3]. After much fighting with the criminals, they destroyed my craft and I was lucky to escape in a pod back to LPI-Huntsville[4]. The criminals also destroyed a police.drone assisting in the engagement. Celadon.Gryphon aided Azure in his criminal actions[5].
After having lunch at LPI-Huntsville, and helping the guards with their security arrangements, I exited LPI-Huntsville and again began my patrol. I decided to head towards the sun and patrol a well-known path for fugitives and smugglers attempting to head from Rheinland space to Colorado. I then intercepted a one Mira.Zeroth. I called for the vessel to stop[5], however it refused to stop. It was a Slave Liner[6], and eventually it stopped. Once I stopped the vessel I fined the pilot 1 000 000 credits for evading the course of justice, and sent it to LPI-Rikers[7].
Heading back to New york, I also intercepted a known fugitive, Jenna Strawberry, who possessed civilian hostages in her cargohold. On inspection she refused to give them up and fled. We pursued however whence she entered the Badlands in New York[8]. We decided to disengage as it was too dangerous to open fire in the Badlands with poor visibility. She was not hostile and, due to that, I decided overall not to use deadly force.
Later that evening on a patrol in New York, LNS spotted a Rheinland Gunboat PzKW Faustus in New York. I immediately went to assist, and on arrival I saw an officer of the Rheinland Navy and a LNS ship under attack.[9] I then went in pursuit however LNS lost him even though I was still in pursuit[10].
The patrol started with a patrol in New York, where LNS asked for assistance in a battle behind Manhattan[1]. Unfortunately, my craft was insufficient and led to the destruction of my vessel by ./LOS\.Chaotiic.Shadow. Even though my vessel was destroyed and I fled successfully in the escape pod, this assisted the Liberty Navy as such.
Another notable event in the patrol was a massive battle which occurred around Westpoint, which I have begun to call "The Battle of Westpoint"[2]. This battle included every known fugitive attacking law enforcement and civilians[3]. I engaged after warning, and took lots of evidence. Following officer Hall, I proceeded in engaging, however it led to my eventual death when I was not looking. Further evidence can be found here: [4].
Furthermore, a battle occurred with a criminal named Maria.Martinez|13th| in Texas during my patrol, where I engaged after she did not release her hostages[5], however even though LNS was there to assist my vessel was destroyed without assistance[6]. Regardless, after brushing myself off and re-arming, I continued my patrols.
In my subsequent patrols, I caught suspect _A_ with Cardamine, and prosecuted him for it [7]. On patrol in the Texas system, a one Fainder possessed an illegal ship[8], and thus was fined 2 000 000 and it was processed immediately[9].
On patrol of New York I also saw a pilot named Maddy. On scan, I found her in possession of 3500 units of cardamine. Unfortunately I didn't take evidence, and the other Law Enforcement =LSF= and LN failed to check the suspect. Hence, I charged the suspect on resisting arrest and fined her 200 000 credits [10].
On this day I woke up and ate a really hearty breakfast of real Egg and Bacon at Restaurant Stellar on Planet Manhattan. After breakfast I immediately began my patrol. When I arrived in space I was doing my patrol when I was told by some traders that there were criminals in California, and that they required an escort. I escorted a trader from Manhattan to Cortez so let them be safe, and landed on Planet Curucao. After enjoying a nice cold drink, I went back on patrol. Seeing pirates on my way to California[1].
When I arrived in California I transmitted a system message showing my friendly composure, and wishing everybody well. On heading to New York to assist Liberty Law enforcement, a Liberty Rogue, one 'Rogue.Liberty' stopped me at a trade lane to say hello. I said hello to him and then was heading on my way when he demanded I release Liberty Rogue's that I had arrested in a battle. I refused, and attempted to go on my way not thinking there would be any confrontation when he disabled the trade lane and demanded it, or my safety would be threatened. This was a breach of s1(2), Piracy, which was clearly done[2]. He then started to open fire on me in his Scylla type vessel. I started to flee into an asteroid belt, and sent a Mayday signal for assistance. However, instead of getting assistance I was mobbed by 5 other hostiles[3], and unfortunately I was destroyed because Rogue.Liberty paid somebody to destroy my vessel[4], but also because 5 vessels which included two gunboats and Very Heavy fighters engaged me.
After relaxing at Curacao and enjoying my time whilst my ship was in repairs, I went back to New York, I was asked to assist and join up with the Navy and other Law Enforcement against criminals. Calling backup, many Liberty Police came to assist and we had a battlegroup going. On engaging as police whilst having Navy and other backup, and destroying Rogue.Liberty[5], we headed to another rogue, Rogue-Mr.Nice.Guy-B. Myself and LPI-Hank.Goodman[O] engaged the Rogue with LPI-Michel.Andersen[RO] assisting. We engaged and nearlly destroyed him, however I was killed by Hank's CD hitting a mine. He then subsequently destroyed the vessel, and the battle was won.
After the battle, myself and Officer Andersen went to re-arm. I went to rearm my Liberator with Magma-Hammers on authorisation from the Deputy Chiefs on Battleship Gettysburg. I was so happy as they are a really efficient weapon and a great boost to operational efficiency. Afterwards we headed as a group to New York and we encountered a pirate, who subsequently fled our gaze whilst we were discussing the law. Afterwards I sighted a pirate, Oh.My.God.I'm.On.Fire carrying lots of cardamine[6]. At this same time Officer Andersen was busy chasing the other pirate after resighting him. I was in pursuit of this criminal when he started fleeing, and he entered the Alaska mine field[7]. I asked for LNS assistance, and LNS Lake Michigan arrived and entered the minefield with myself flanking. Unfortunately, due to the fact that the pirate then entered Alaska, Lake Michigan gave chase and I had to disengaged.
Afterwards I was requested on the Police comms to come assist at a situation occurring near Manhattan. Recruit Officer Michel Anderson, and Officer A Karensky on the scene. It turned out a criminal named gun4o had 4 Liberty Police Officers hostage. Under s1(1) on Contraband, this is illegal under law and required action from LPI [8]. When I came on the scene none of the officers were apprehending, however RO Andersen wanted to. Eventually, a civilian vessel started to engage after a crowd came around, whilst we were sitting there watching. known fugitive Maria.Martinez|13th| arrived at the situation with gun4o asking for her assistance. I warned the officers that we should solve this situation, however Officer Karensky gave an 'order' not to engage: whilst we watched breaches of Liberty Law. Liberty Navy (LN-Dean Guston) started to engage with other civilian pilots the pirates, and we still didn't do anything. Eventually, a civilian pilot died due to being ordered not to engage by the most senior officer Karensky[9], unfortunately myself not remembering the rules that Officer's have no supervisory role. After that, we kept watching whilst the Liberty Navy got very frustrated, and we negated our responsibility as the LPI. Karensky was teasing the Navy pilot, even though it was our responsibility to enforce Liberty Law and our policies. This incident to me was outrageous. Further evidence can be found here: [10].
However after that I gave up and returned back to One Police Plaza to do my full report, and to report that situation which, to me as an Officer, was unconscionable conduct as Liberty Police Officers. I believe this is relevant to a code of conduct, which is why I have been asking around the Plaza if we indeed do have one. It is of this officers opinion in this report that if there is none, we should indeed have one as it is crucial to the effective policing operation of the LPI and to avoid situations like that, which were completely contrary to what the LPI stands for in its motto: "To Protect and Serve".

Officer Vladimir whilst sending the message started to relax. At last, all that evidence that had been collated had been done so, and all that was his mind her wrote in it. He put his cap on, went to his locker and took out his uniform, buttoned it up and then armed himself with the DM-9 Peacekeeper. Heading to the Hangar for a patrol, he was looking forward to upholding the rule of law, protecting the innocent and making sure Liberty is safe for everybody.

I had commenced patrol in New York and many ion storms occurred. for which my Liberator was unable to function and I had to stay stationary until they passed. When they passed I was patrolling normally when a pilot, named Lance Gato, was in a freighter. I asked the pilot to stop and it refused. I warned the pilot to stop and then it refused further. Eventually, I was in pursuit with the vessel from Pensylvania to Planet Denver, with DSE pilots assisting the pursuit. We eventually caught up and I charged the pilot 2.5 million credits for evading police many times over. The pilot then attempted to escape, I warned 3 times for the use of force and they did not comply. We then opened fire and the vessel was destroyed. Evidence is as below.
From Colorado I decided it was best to patrol from here, head into Ontario and then into Alberta. Once I reached Alberta I have been doing numerous patrols of the sector, cleansing it of Rogue elements. Once done here in fighting against the Liberty Rogue in this system, I will be heading to LPI-Huntsville and LPI-Sugarland to transfer the 40-odd prisoners I have. I had imprisoned 2 Lane Hackers in my ships holding facility, what a prize!! I think I will enjoy handing them over to Sugarland.

New Police Database System for all Gates was developed, supposedly by Deep Space Engineering for Police Forces around Sirius. Found this system as fantastic and patrolled New York, eventually using this system stationary gauging for criminal activity whilst training to be a dispatch (in the efficient tracking of criminals, searching for illegal items, etc) to local law enforcement. We spotted here an illegal Scylla, but unfortunately he fled the system [1].
Afterwards went to patrol Texas and patrolled for anyone breaching embargo or Liberty Law. Found one person who tried to breach embargo [2][3], however he was intercepted and guided back to Houston[4]. Afterwards it was a relatively quiet patrol, having some traders trading with LPI-Huntsville firearms for the LPI fleet.

Stops on your patrol/trade route: New York System-->Texas System--> Minnesota system-->Quebec system-->New Hampshire-->New York System-->California System-->New York system-->Colorado System-->Coronado System--> Alberta System. Brief report/outline of your patrol:Officer Vladimir was shivering from the freezing cold. Sitting at a table in the bar whilst on a break from manning the defences on Red Deer Station, Officer Vladimir was waiting for his meal and hot beverage that he ordered from the bartender. He knew the bartender was a robot, but he had hoped the food was good.
The robot eventually came with a Liberty Hot Dog with melted Cheese, and a hot mug of coffee. He ate the delicious hot dog and took a few sips of his coffee. The food reminded him of his days visiting Pittsburgh working for the Liberty Prosecution Office. Finishing his meal and continuing to sip his coffee which had become ice-cold, he took out his mini holo-computer from his satchel. Turning it on to make the report from the day before, Officer Vladimir remembered of the 5 minute pursuit in his Liberator after a freelancer, which had made him wonder what his purpose was in fleeing so long. He chuckled and then began typing, making a tapping noise as he did so.
___________________________________________________ Liberty Police Incorporation Report: 23/03/818 A.S.
LPI Officer Vladimir Law began his patrol in New York system, flying around and doing the required scans, checks for contraband, for intoxicated pilots and for any violent transgressors. The patrol was quiet with only lawfuls inhabiting the system, and the new Police Databases showing no sign of criminal activity.
I then decided to enforce the embargo in Texas system. Heading to Texas I spotted a vessel with military goods and asked him what was his destination. After he told me that it was Stuttgart, I explained the current Liberty Embargo against Rheinland, and told him he could sell his goods at Planet Houston. I then subsequently escorted him to Planet Houston where he sold his hold of Superconductors for triple the cost he bought it for. Having arrived in the system. I continued enforcing the embargo and checking the cargo of merchants and vessels arriving in the system.
At one point, a Civilian Freighter fled and refused to respond so I gave chase. Having closed the gap in the pursuit, I fired a Cruise Disruptor towards the ship. The ship immediately halted near the Minnesota jumphole. On talking to the merchant I discovered that he did not understand the language of the sector (//He was Russian) and offered to escort him to his destination, which was New Hampshire. Heading through Quebec after checking the police holonet if it was a patrol area, I continued into New Hampshire escorting the merchant. However sadly suddenly the Rheinland Military attacked my vessel in New Hampshire. 4 Wraith Very Heavy Fighters engaged me, and I gave battle. Unfortunately more Rheinland Navy reinforcements came and my vessel was destroyed. I then fled in my escape pod to the nearest Battleship, and a Navy supply ship gave me a ride back to New York.
After arriving at Fort Bush and entering a LPI Liberator in the Police Hangar and equipping it with the required equipment, I started my patrol again. Heading towards Norfolk Shipyard, I saw a hostile vessel named *Free.Cannabis* on my scanners. I immediately went to intercept when I found a Battleship of The Order near the Alaskan Minefield[1]. After asking it to heed, it fled into the minefield. I requested Liberty Navy (LNS-) backup, and they arrived and pursued the vessel into the Alaska system[2]. I then went back to patrol, as the LPI has no jurisdiction in Alaska.
On going back to patrol, I continued the usual patrol pattern. As LPI protocol requires a vessel to stop for a proper analysis of their cargohold, it requires a vessel to disengage their engines. However near Norfolk Shipyard a vessel refused to stop and began to run[3]. Heading from Norfolk Shipyard into West Point, he still continued to flee[4]. Another vessel assisted in the pursuit at that point in time if it turned hostile. From West Point he continued to flee and the pursuit went into California system.
Continuing to pursue in California after issuing with him a fine for fleeing, and the vessel Opus still refusing to heed[5]. Whilst in pursuit I decided to run a scan to see why he was fleeing, as it was highly suspicious[6][7]. I could not find any illegal cargo, but due to the fact that he did continue to flee, and due to that obstructed the course of justice under s1(4); by not stopping so I could validly check his cargohold, and by not paying the fine, I continued pursuit. In my report on this pursuit I would like to comment that if Opus had stopped, I would have been more than happy to let him go quickly in less than 20 seconds.
Regardless after around five minutes of pursuing the suspect, he eventually stopped[8] after threatening that if he does flee the sector I will report him to the relevant LPI criminal databases[9]. When he stopped I fired a total of 4 Cruise Disruptor missiles in order to ensure that he did not continue to flee from the law. I then made a judicial decision as an LPI Officer to charge him 3 000 000 credits for the obstruction of justice, under s1(4) in refusing to pay the fine, and furthermore regardless of such law or with it, fleeing the law without a valid excuse (//No RP whatsoever besides continuing to tell me to go away and that 'he wasn't heading to Texas' which was irrelevant).
The suspect after hesitation paid his fine[10]. I explained to him that I was not corrupt, that the whole fine will go to the relevant system, LPI-Rikers after being transferred to my police database. Letting him leave the said sector, I then sent the fine to LPI-Rikers as the evidence shows[11]. The pursuit was resolved and, in my judicial decision, I was happy that it was a just decision to find him for such a transgression.
After the pursuit I thanked the accompanying pilot, and continued patrol. I then received a radio message from Alberta for backup against Liberty Rogue's operating in the area. I then travelled through New York, Colorado, Coronado and then into Alberta to destroy a total of three Liberty Rogue installations and many rogue vessels in assistance for the local LPI presence. After the patrol, I landed my Liberator into Red Deer Station and assisted in the operation of its laser turrets against rogue attacks.

Officer Law finished the report and sent it to headquarters. Attempting to drink his coffee, he realised that it had turned into ice and had solidified. "Damn it! Nothing beats Sunbucks" he sighed. Packing up his mini holo-computer into his Satchel, he assembled his equipment and continued to his operations at Red Deer Station
