I would suggest not going for good relations with the mollys. During the Kusari/Bretonian war, the mollys supported the Bretonian government and attacked the KNF forces in Bretonia. They have no good feelings for any Kusari, so I doubt they would want to be buddies with you, but I also think with the feelings of your faction, you wouldnt want to be buddies with them either.

Also making them a privateer wing of the Ronin is an idea I don't like, for such a faction already exists with the QCP and I do not like to copy other people's ideas. The idea about the hns was that they form the "counterpart" of the Ronin, even though they have a lot less members inRP and no capships so far.

What counterpart to the Ronin? The KNF forces are split in two: Those that follow their government, and those that follow the emperor. The Emperor is on a quest for vengeance against Gallia, which has put beating on Bretonia off for now. The KNF government is weak-ish, and licking their wounds after the licking their fleet got in the Taus. I do not see how a third portion could break off and keep harassing the Bretonians.

Who would supply them? Not the Emperor who is anti Gallic. Not Kusari itself which is cut off. Gallia would likely distrust a bunch of Kusari ex-military, and shoot them on sight.

Where would they base from? Exiles won't want em. IMG won't want em. Bret lawfuls won't want em. Junkers hate Kusari folk. If they side with Gallia they're going to be branded traitors by all Kusari factions. As it stands the only logical teamup for a faction of this nature would be the Gaians. Open piracy against Bretonia, neutral-ish with Gallia. But it remains to be seen if the Gaians would have you. If not, you have nowhere to dock in all of Bretonia.

@Aeternus: I do know that it will be difficult to find a base where one can launch from.
If nothing else works there's still Barrier Gate in Coronado.
And yes. The plan was to talk to the Gaians once I can actually start this group.
About the supplies: That's why I added Transports to the vessel list. The hns will simply take what they need from Bretonian traders and loot what they need from hostile vessels. (RP) What I plan here is some kind of an "honorable" *wink, wink* terrorist faction. And for those people it's always essential to obtain supplies wherever they can, as they can't just ask a cooperation to deliver them whatever they need.

@Neil Banes: I did not plan to attack Gallia or anything alike. Diplomacy will develope ingame. but i did not plan to shoot gallia at any point. They will not be treated neutral/friendly. But neither will they be pirated or shot, unless the hns gets provoked.
