Just thaught I'd get this message in early before things get out of hand.
Now apparently some of you think that I'm some criminal ... helping [CoM]-Lily.Alexis escape or whatever it is you think I did well I'm contacting you to say I didn't help anyone escape.
Firstly that target was 5-6k ahead of you she had already escaped.
Secondly there was an Ion storm at the hole and my ship got hit, that's why I needed to charge the engines before jumping and that's why it took me longer to jump... it could happen to anyone.
Thirdly didn't you notice that I didn't shoot back even when some of you shot at me? Hardly the actions of some criminal.
Looking at it from your position I know it might have looked that way but I assure you I'm not some petty criminal, which is why I actually went to the bother of hunting down the one I ''Helped escape '' and killed her. The reason I didn't pay the fine is because I'm flat broke at the moment and even though I said '' I don't got 1 million '' You didn't say that I could pay it back at a later date nor did you give that option instead you just gave the order to fire away and blast the only ship I have.
Oh and to the one that said I must be a terrible bounty hunter, Yes I'm the worst bounty hunter in all of Sirus, Check the dates on them pics.
PS: If you ask some of the officers I was working with on killing them rogues I'm sure they'll say nothing but good things about me.

It's not every day that I'm wrong in my judgment of an individual to be on either side of the dividing line between the good and the bad. I'm glad you've made this transmission, rather than await some undesirable consequences.
However, I really don't buy the excuse. Encountering an ion storm conveniently at a jump hole and engine problems are a very easy way to dodge the responsibility for your actions. Frankly, regardless of how far she was ahead of us, if you were unable to aid in her capture or otherwise, you should've gotten out of the way. I imagine a fellow like yourself would have the presence of mind to do this if your ship wasn't in a condition to continue a chase.
I'd also very much like you to explain why you continued attempting to engage your cruise engines right up until the point I directly threatened the existence of your property with destruction. Remember, the forces stop people for a reason, not because we just feel like it and want to be annoying to random passers-by.
Your poor excuse, coupled with the attempts to run even whilst being stopped by us is behaviour that very closely matches that which criminals use. Specifically the type of criminal that chooses to respond and glue his thruster control down while he does so, or repeatedly press the cruise controls.
Since you eventually stopped, I found it fit after some consideration to issue a small fine, and it was a very small fine for the charge of obstructing the course of justice. That you found you "couldn't" pay it, and didn't offer to pay later, instead jumping to the conclusion that you were going to get shot, inclined me to do just that.
If you pay the fine to [LN]-Armory.001, then we can close the case.
If you believe that this conclusion is unsatisfactory, I will get the rest of High Command to review the case. I can't say that this will be a fast process though, as we've many things to get done right now. Complaints are unfortunately quite low on the list.

Tell you what seeing as I've clearly racked up more than 1 million worth of kills how about I dont bother claiming the bounties on your board and we call it square.
Funny usually a question is followed by this symbol '' ? ''
Constantly cruising, Well I was in the middle of a hunt of course I was going to continue to chase her when she was still on my scanners at 7k only when she was completely off my scanners did I stop cruising.
Constantly thrusting... well I have my own rules and my golden rule is if someone who cd's you and wants to talk to you keep thrusting cause it probably means they want to shoot you, not that the rule applies to the LN but it's a force of habit ... you wouldn't believe how many times that rule saved my ship.
As for assuming I going to get shot at well I basically spent half my life in the omicrons where if you come across someone it's either pay up right now or die. So I trust nobody but me, myself and I.

Funny I thought it was standard practice for the LN to give a ticket and then go about their business and the person that broke the law had so many days to pay the fine... Guess I was wrong.

You're an officer of the law you don't shoot someone just because they think you're going to shoot them You're supposed to show restraint. If someone insults you do you kill them for it?
If some random civillian thinks you're going to shoot him who's never commited a crime in his life are you '' Inclined'' to shoot him?

My question was phrased as a statement, since that was what it was.
If she was too far away to be caught as you said, given that we were the same distance from her once we jumped, why did you feel inclined to continue to chase her?
I'm glad that your habits have saved your life many times, and so have mine. I would believe how many times it's saved your ship since we've both been in combat before.
As for what I should or should not be doing, I resent being told how to do my job especially since I seem to do it rather well. Besides that, showing restraint in Liberty tends to get you, or more often, someone else killed. Many times I've shown restraint only to have it come back to haunt me moments later. So I guess you could say that it's

Absolutely. It says all that needs to be said about their disposition. Either they've been caught doing something and are trying to get out of it using some fancy psychological shenanigans or they've resigned themselves to their fate. Both are like admissions of guilt as far as I'm concerned.
As for the matter of your fine, I would prefer it if you claimed those bounties and paid the fine rather than doing neither. I find it helpful to have credits to hand for all manner of things, though admittedly, paying fines isn't one of them.

Did I mention I hate paperwork? Claiming the bounties and paying the fine would involve a lot of paperwork so just for the sake of it I'll let the High Command review this case for two reasons, One something like this could happen to anyone(Even an [LN] who just happens to be hit by an ion storm at the hole) and two it will at least delay all the paperwork.
The only question now is what is my status to the [LN] while the High command review this case am I criminal or what?

First off i would like to say that i will destroy a Bounty Hunters rep, without a second though, and i dont care to wait to fire appon a hunter. but this hunter and the liberty navy following him were... well i stood no chance.
Second off, this hunter followed me from the badland to the lane to Norfolk, and if he had a CD, i surly be dead.
Third off, i hate hunters, this one was lucky enough to even get close to my ship, and if it was not for the liberty navy following him, i would of not though twice of turning and firing.
Fourth off, if it was not for your liberty pilots, he could of shot me down, but they were to busy talk to the hunter. leaving me time to run. so talk to your liberty navy pilots. they stoped the hunter from following me.

Oh hi there, I don't know how you hacked this channel nor do I care. You made one big mistake by hacking this link, you let me know you're still alive. I'll be looking for you and this time it's personal.
