two years ago I had a Togo (bd bs), I got bored of it and sold it. I bought something else instead, but now I'd like to get one again. I heard it became SRP and since it is closed I can't get one. I have no idea why did it become SRP because I can't recall any Togo-swarms. My point is: Make it public again.
A few reasons:

1# Huge part of Kusari is anti-Dragon
2# Kusari is filled with lawful caps
3# If the Ossie, Mako and Ranseur can be bought, why not the Togo?*
4# Regarding the stats of the Togo, I dont think that everyone will run for it
5# Before it became SRP there weren't that many of them

But yeah, Togo spam would be... Unlikely at best anyway.

Agreed. It's a bit pointless that this ship is unavailable for use. It's not that good to begin with anyway, and I don't remember any abuse being done with it while it was available for use to all.

When people scream for caps to be SRP only we get the "NO" every time.

How come some are public and some are not. What's the reasoning?

Ai im not much of a cap pilot but this sounds reasonable to me. It is pointless that the ship is not available for general use.
