Yeah, I remember that event... AFAIK, the result of that Togo duel wasn't pre-arranged... That's besides the point though.
Point is, it does leave Chugoku/Tau-63... Once in a blue moon.

The Togo's in existence now were old Kusari battleships, from what I know anyway.
So in reality, no more should appear.

It really isnt abusable, in fact, no battleship is, its purely for the fact of RP i think it was done that the BD doesnt have a lot of battleships, and neither do the zoners but our caps arent SRP. Its a little dumb.

Togos are already 'built' (Yet aged, rusty, wrecked), BD just don't have tech to put all of them back to service. But now they hold contacts with GMG and Order...

If we are going to throw the RP requirements for ships out the window, I demand a Xeno battleship.
Unless the Xeno's haven't blown up enough Navy ships to collect any of em.
Sort out the BD's lack of ability to fix up their un-spaceworthy Togo's and it'll make perfect sense.
It's a pretty easy thing to do considering the sheer number of semi-neutral ship manufacturers out there.
